Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation of Bliss Membership number 2977284.

I had taken senior citizen Bliss Classic Member ID 2977284 in May 2022 and could not utilise the same due to complex nature of booking. Owing to growing age I realised that my decision to go with Club Mahindra was wrong. I sought refund, to which they replied appropriating all the amount to cancellation charges and asked me to continue by paying yearly ASF charges of approximately Rs. 20, 000 per year for next 9 years. This again means that I go on paying yearly charges without using their properties just to keep registration alive. They cite terms mentioned in the contract and mug up Rs. 2 lakhs paid to them for registration. I have not used a single day of their property and looking for refund. Please treat this as my complaint against Club Mahindra refund policy and help. Sanjay Ashtaputre
