[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation of booking due to natural calamity | |||
I along with my family was to visit manali from 24-30 sept and had booking at white meadows club mahindra from 24-29. On 23 night there was cloud bust at kullu so all roads were closed for 3-4 days. We were asked to not come to manali so we cancelled our booking. For 2-3 days daily we used to call to ask for mail. And on 5th day we got answer there is no cancellation policy for such situation. This is horrible. I would ask club mahindra that is this the way and is this ur policy? Seriously? Your person tells u could have cancelled before 15 days. Are you people sick? Can such calamities be predicted? This is really horrible. Our local travel was so good they refunded our whole money and set our new tour with same cost. I think club mahindra is jz a big name rest its a big big zero. I hope i get my whole money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
