I hv raised complain on 23rd june which surprise to me mark as resolved now on 8th aug without any call, mail or communication from club mahindra end...

On which basis complain marked resolve... Can anyone revert... I wrote 3-4 update on complain but hardly there is any revert...
I already asked to revoke that complain as well raising fresh complain again..

I hv also mark a mail to your memberrelation id as well but not find any revert at all.

Plz treat this mail as complain now as discuss with shweta from member relation team ahemdabad and discuss with complain team on call center nos as interaction id[protected]...

I hv taken membership in june 2017 and paid 3 emi advance & down payment.

Complain details :

1, at the time of joining, i hv been asked for 16000/- voucher which was not received after 6-7 months of membership despite of so many follow with sales team (Mr. Ravi gorkha). All follow up communication already shared with mail.

My reason for cancellation is just because of none fulfilment of joining commitment and no proper revert from team... Everytime buy time and test my patience...

Week of jan 2018. I hv been asked for 45 days tat which again despite of 3-4 times follow up closed yesterday only. The revert is really surprised me that there is no refund as well as club mahindra not ready to refund even emi debited during dispute period... (Jan-apr)...

Further to cancellation of membership. To stop emi, member relationship executive asked me to cancel emi from my end and asked to claim charge back to raise but not ready to refund.

3, during booking also it took 2-3 months time as days are not showing on membership page... You can check and confirm with executive : hardip about this experience as well...

I hv also asked to provide me details of seniors to discuss & take matter forward as already so much delay happen...

But again no response...

I find that everytime, i need to follow up and company is least bother once membership has been taken to fulfill commitment and members query-mail...

All chain mail and details are there in tailed mail if need any other details please contact me...

I hv all whatsapp & messgae communication with mr. Ravi & mr. Hardip (Which i already shared earlier) regarding the complain.

I'm told, there's a move to restrict max no of guests travelling in season (to 4 for a purple studio membership). This is a breach of the original contract. We always travel in bigger groups. If that's not possible, there's no vacation.

This kind o[censored]nilateral decisions will be resisted thru social media campaigns.
No resolution from Club Mahindra Team for complain raised on 27th Sep...While checking status of complain it show complain resolved without any discussion or resolution...

Request to plz do the needful...

    The membership was sold to me by manish from growel, kandiwali
    Now whenever i try to contact them for a holiday they told me you can't go bcoz its holiday time even when festival are going at that time you are also not able to attend because it's company policy and they dont pick up my call and i am unable to book till now. When i bought this membership they were not explain rules and regulations about this policy,
    During the sale they told you can call us anytime we will book for you. And offering for 3night 4days free holidays package and silver coins also but it's fake commitment.
    There has a lot of false promises regarding payment of emi’s.
    Initially i was told to just pay the down payment and you can hold your emi till anytime you want.
    But my card is getting auto debit every month.
    The purpose is buy this membership for my family enjoyment but they are giving excuses you are not able to go because you have blue club membership, even you are not authorized to upgrade this membership.

    If you are not fullfilled your commitment when you were offered of selling time. I don't want to continue this membership.
    Kindly request you that please refund my all money and cancel my club membership

      My membership no: 2820657
      The membership was sold to me by shiv kumar and nikhil from pitampura branch.
      Now whenever i try to contact them for a holiday they dont pick up my call and i am unable to book till now.
      During the sale they told you can call us anytime we will book for you.
      There has a lot of false promises regarding payment of emi’s.
      Initially i was told to just pay the down payment and you can hold your emi till anytime you want.
      But my card is getting auto debit every month.
      Now when i asked to cancel my membership and process for a refund, they are behaving very unprofessional and stopped responding over call/messages/ whats app.
      Please help in resolving this issue.
      I am unwilling to continue with the membership.

        My membership number is 2796859
        I have already put a complaint regarding the mis commitment done by the sales rep. Mr. Tushar malik
        He did not keep his commitment for the additional 2 nights, and the one week internationals vouchers
        Also as committed to provide me hashtag movie every month, we hardly have two opportunity, and when contacted at the office, we have been told that is not possible to provide every time movie vouchers to the old members

        We made major of the amount to the company, but despite of contacting our sales rep from pitampura branch, mr. Tushar malik, he never take the call nor revert back to us,
        Neither from the company was there to assist us in any of the regards

        I have also made one reference for which i had been assured for discount in our asf charges, but the same commitment has not been fulfilled

        It was not expected from a group like club mahindra

        I paid almost the major amount of my membership, despite of that i have been treated like a beggar as i hardly had any answer for my question, and on the top, i am getting call on regular basis for the balance payment

        The company seems to just extort the money from the people and than keeping the so called members away for there right

        It is really disgusting to be associated with the name

        Could any one reply my grievances

          I had filled in the membership ofclub mahindra as the representative was very persuasive.. Paid the one time fee.. But due to sudden financial loss i am unable to continue with the membership. I have put up the issue with the relavant department. How ever i didnt receive any reply from club mahindra. This is very unethical. Kindly be professional and solve my issue.

            I had taken membership of Club Mahindra, now I want to cancel the membership for that I am continuously doing communication with Club Mahindra and have sent 3 to 4 emails to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com
            but still I have not received any response from Club Mahindra and they are regularly sending debit mandate to my bank.

            After getting acknowledgement mail from Club Mahindra regarding cancellation process on 21st Sep 2018, still my membership is not cancelled and still I am receiving debit mandate in my bank account.

              Hi i went to this club mahindra seminar in which they called me and wife for free gift voucher but there they had a trap of their membership explainations.
              They convinced us by showing their properties but when we asked them to discuss with our family members they said do not call them because they will misguide you.That was awkward to hear but still we thought okay fine.
              We were not able to pay the emi they told us so they brought us a plan which suited our emi..They asked to pay the down payment..And before filing the agreemtent they swap my debit card and snichted the payments
              when we went out and told our knowns they said it was a rediculous thing to do
              people were frauded this way and they had no value for money spent
              when i talked to the person for refund he said it will take days
              taking money takes 45 minutes but giving back 45 days
              this is hell

                That i had signed membership form through sales executive sunil kumar from bhopal with 50% down payment scheme but before verification i mailed for cancelation of the same because of health issues however already 30 days passed so far they are not responding in a legitimate way. I contact thru to lucknow office many times they only replied as under process. So pl take it on priority basis

                  Dear sir,

                  1. On 13.08.2018, i paid an amount of inr 2, 90, 600 through credit cards towards purchasing club mahindra red season membership for 25 years through club mahindra’s holiday specialist mr. Deepanshu dhawan from its delhi, pitampura branch.

                  2. While selling the membership, he had misrepresented many facts some of which are as follows. Later on i came to know about actual truth regarding all these:

                  - red season members will get confirmed reservation even in pick seasons like new year’s eve in goa even if you book 4 to 5 days in advance. (This is actually not true and nothing is sure and you need to book 4 months in advance)

                  - club mahindra is having its own resorts in gulmarg & pahalgam in kashmir other than srinagar and you can avail the same just like any other club mahindra properties. (Club mahindra doesn’t have any own property in kashmir and have internal tie ups for which you need to pay extra amount over and above the normal payments to cmh)

                  - he told that on account of 21st anniversary celebration of club mahindra, company is giving many offers. Last date for all the freebies has already expired but if i pay for the membership by that day (13th august) then he will make sure that i get all the offers otherwise only free cruise offer will be there. Accordingly under pressure, i decided to pay for the membership considering his verbal commitments and having faith on brand mahindra. (Nothing of that sort. Even the offers are running now)

                  - he told me that actual membership cost is inr 6, 02, 200/- and out of which he is offering me a cash discount of inr 21, 000 and thus final membership cost is inr 5, 81, 200 (Actual membership cost is inr 5, 81, 200/- only and no discount)

                  - he told me that as you are paying through citibank credit card, inr 5000 food voucher you shall get extra (Nothing of that sort, everybody is getting that irrespective of payment mode)

                  - he told me that for first two years of your membership, you need not to pay anything even if you stay in rci affiliated resorts/ hotels [nothing of that sort and actually for first two years only rci membership cost @ inr 3750 per year is free. From the very first year you need to pay of rci exchange fees for india/asian @ rs. 8300 appx. (7n/8 days) & rci exchange fees for international is @ rs 25400 appx. (7n/8 days)].

                  3. When i pointed out to him about the lies and asked for a written confirmation of offers, he sent me the revised offers. False promises made by mr. Deepansu were also known to his manager, mr. Prashant.

                  4. But all these changed my mind and i lost my belief and decided to quit. Accordingly, i informed to club mahindra’s customer service help desk and also sent e-mail at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com on 23rd august 2018 for cancelling my membership and requested for refund of my entire deposited amount without any deduction.

                  5. Subsequently on the same day, i spoke with mr. Mani kandan from club mahindra’s customer service and he raised reference number is[protected] regarding my cancellation request.

                  6. Further, i spoke number of times with club mahindra’s customer service helpdesk representatives, mr. Deepanshu dhawan, other branch representatives; requesting for early cancellation of my membership and refund me my 100% paid amount (Inr 2, 90, 600) without any deductions at the earliest.

                  7. Till long i did not received any confirmation regarding cancellation of my membership (Even making numerous phone calls & e-mails) and on the other hand they were sending me my membership id as 2832470.

                  8. After lot of persuasion & writing (2nd september 2018) to mr. Kavinder singh, the managing director & ceo, mahindra holidays & resorts india limited; i received the trailing e-mail dated 4th september 2018 stating that “we confirm you that your cancellation request has been raised in the system & your contract would get cancelled within 90 days. We would also like to inform you that your full refund would also get processed within the same tenure”

                  9. I immediately made phone call to customer care and requested them for immediate refund but not received any response.

                  10. Subsequently vide trailing e-mail dated 08th september 2018, i again requested club mahindra authorities (Also marked a copy to sebi) the following:

                  “it is really unfortunate that you will be holding money for 90 days of a person for no fault of his. You are requested to refund the complete money (Inr 2, 90, 600) immediately and latest by within next 3 days. You have no right to hold the money like this and you are forcing me to approach other law enforcement agencies to seek redressal of my grievances”

                  11. Till date i have not received any response against my above mentioned e-mail dated 08th september 2018.

                  12. On 11th september 2018, some lady (Claiming to be from office of the managing director & ceo, mahindra holidays & resorts india limited) called me and assured me to resolve my complain latest by 14th september 2018. But nothing has happened till date.

                  13. On 14th september 2018, i received sms from club mahindra stating that “your asf invoice for the year 2018 has been generated. Please pay rs. 15300 immediately.” on one hand vide e-mail dated 04th september 2018, club mahindra is intimating that my cancellation request has been raised and on the other hand after 10 days sending such smss. Club mahindra is fooling people and intentionally holding the huge amount of money.

                  14. On 15th september 2018, i again wrote the trailing e-mail.

                  With the above deliberation, i strongly protest this dillydallying attitude on the part of club mahindra and request your immediate intervention for the following:

                   immediate cancellation of my membership

                   refund me my 100% paid amount (Inr 2, 90, 600) without any deductions at the earliest.

                  This is my earnest request to you that please do expose this complete unprofessional and unethical business dealings on the part of club mahindra and stop harassment of many such customers whose money is kept by club mahindra authorities. These actions on the part of club mahindra is diminishing faith, respect and trust that millions of people are having on brand mahindra.

                    I have purchased membership of club mahindra on 16 August 2018 with 50% payment. Whose details are as follow
                    1. 40000 from HDFC credit card
                    2. 50000 from sbi debit card
                    3. 50000 from Canara Bank chq
                    4. 69150 from Canara bank chq name of sukesh bansal

                    But at the time of purchase of membership no one tell about the annual maintenance charges that I know later from my friend. Club Mahindra cheats me and doing wrong commitments through their representative.
                    I deny to take membership in your confirmation call on 19.8 18..
                    So it's my request to please cancel my membership and refund my money as soon as possible...i already stop the payment of cheque in my bank...kindly refund my remaining 90000 in my account ASAP...as already 1 month gone...

                      Club mahindra your staff behaviour very bad, you are not a best holiday options. i am request other people do not join club mahindra .
                      Mujhe pvr dehradun me club mahindra ka ek cupoon mila. Uske baad mujhe call aati hai aur club mahindra ke office per invite kiya jata hai. jha per aapka staff mere se bde hi buri tarah se baat karta hai. aapka staff mujhe bolta hai ki ham galt aadmi se baat kar rhe the.

                        I took membership in month of june 2018, and applied for refund of advance paid in early aug 2018. Have called there office few times, and also sent two emails.
                        There people just keep calling that they will not refund any money and also there is no policy of refund even if we have not utilized the serviced of the club mahindra holidays even for 1 day.

                        This is absolutely cheating, mahindra has not incurred any cost to give membership, even if they want to deduct a nominal administrative fees for the same i am ok with the same.

                        I have sent 4 emails till today, have received 3 phone calls in response but all asking to continue.
                        They are not replying by mail or letter and neither any indication yet for Refund.

                          As ur company promises to gave us a free 2 movie tickets and free 2n/3d, while ur celebration of 21st anniversary, ur company executives calls us to attend a meeting and collect it, then in meeting they says it will be mail in 48 hours, as ur meeting is on last saturday, so I hope u will proceed further, and till now I have received no gift now.

                            I have purchased a membership in 2017 and i have been told that you will get 7n international holiday valid for 2 yrs + 6n domestic holiday valid for lifetime. Now when paper cames, both the complementary holidays are valid for 6 months and no one answers the call. When i contacted the sales executive, he told me that don't worry, i will reenable them whenever you want. Now after a year i want to utilize those days, no one is answering the call.

                              Your company (Club mahindra) is not able to give my refund since last 6 month.
                              And your appellate executives are just harassing me and i have a voice recorded proof of this that how your executives were speaking with me.
                              You appellate authority is just wasting my time and they are not able to work on my request and they are not providing me a proper resolution.
                              In fact the team leader of your appellate authority is also not providing me a proper resolution.

                              I will show the recorded voice proof and the and the written statements given by the appellate authority to the respected panel of the consumer court.

                              I had attaended your club mahindra meeting on 6th april and paying 8099rs amount trough my debit card as forced created by your team member mr. Satyjeet[[protected]] and mr dipak pathak[[protected]] because of his month end target as well as insentive as collected cheque from my residence same day and given commitment without your confimation we were not depositing your cheque. When i checked my account he deposited my cheque without any updation and mr satyeet replied me sir we were deposited your cheque because of month end pressure very sameless reply then after i had followed up with for my refund since last 5 months but not given me prompt reply as given me fause commitment. Also not picked up my single calls since last 1 months.

                              Also mr satyjeet replied late night time when he free.

                              Kindly do needful for this issue i never belive this type of responce in this type of big organizaion.

                                Hi Club Mahindra members. I had dropped this mail to the ceo, head of customer service and board of Club Mahindra. 2 months later I did not get a solution to my complaints and finally ended up ruining my holiday. I usually refrain from using social media as channel to voice out complaints but these guys did not leave any choice but to do this. I am not sure how many of you face similar issues, but honestly these guys do not care for their members. Not a single response from their CEO, customer service head or any senior person in club Mahindra. It is a huge failure and I am really looking forward to see how they respond to my social media posts of all the mails, recordings and conversations from here on.

                                This is my first mail to them...

                                I am Mahindra Holidays customer since 2011. My membership ID is 1790927

                                Wanted to bring to your notice how the Chennai off Holiday advisors ruined my holiday plans.

                                I am based out of Dubai.We bought this membership to spend good holiday time with our family members . We are usually group of 10 adults and 2 kids, out of which 4 of them are senior citizen (80 yrs +) and 6 o[censored]s don’t stay in country. Planning a holiday at Mahindra is important part of our annual get together. Club Mahindra resorts have been perfect for this gathering and every year we holiday at one of the properties as the resorts are good and we usually have good experience.

                                This year also we planned a short break in June to Pavana property for which I first called on 26th March and spoke with Holiday advisor Maharaj - he mentioned bookings will start on 3rd July . I did mention as Pavana is difficult to get I was assured if I call first thing on 3rd May I will get the booking. I also check with him about season and he mentioned that it is white season for Pavana. He adviced that I should send an email addressed to him so he can do the booking.

                                In about 2 weeks time I did send a mail addressed to Maharaj about booking at this stage and I was sent an standard reply- call on 3rd May.

                                3rd May I could get through the call centre at 9.40 am . Please note I had started calling from 08:45 am in order to not miss out on the booking. That day they mentioned it’s Purple season and I would not get booking as I am Red studio member. When I asked for Maharaj he did not come online and I was told that I will receive a callback, which I did not get. Later when I called he finally came online and did admit that he had mentioned white season and that was a mistake. According to him in less than an hour he heard the voice recording and when I asked for it they took a request to send which I have not received till date.

                                Later, I was put on to supervisor Benjamin - I was to receive a call from him which I never did.

                                After constant follow up with Deepak who introduced himself as supervisor mentioned that they haven’t been able to access the Voice recording . He also mentioned that he has blocked my requirement and I will get booking once they can resolve things. This happened around 10th May. I was also provided the booking reference which is 3475902 and he assured that I should not worry and he will take care of my request and also promised to call back.

                                Since I did not hear or get an email confirmation even after sending email reminders, I called on 26th May and I was told my confirmation voucher is cancelled as multiple booking is not possible. But I was also given another voucher number 3489393 for the same booking on 26th May and I also spoke with Benjamin since Deepak never called or came online on that day. Benjamin mentioned he will call in 2 hours which he never called post followup. I finally received a call from Vijay Kumar- complaints department. He mentioned that there is a Technical issue with the recording, which he couldn’t not explain clearly and he mentioned he would get back by 29th May.

                                As usual I did not receive any call on 29th May. Post followup on mail and calls I finally got call from VijayKumar on 31st May that they finally heard the recording and I cannot get booking post talking for about 15mins. He also admits that on 26th March Maharaj mentioned it will be off season. He also mentioned he will get back in 2 days.

                                On 2nd June I am told I can not get booking as a studio member can not get in purple season. All this was dragged for 5 weeks. I did provide another membership number as part of the group coming also have a membership. To this I was told no rooms are available.

                                I fail to understand if my issue is not resolved and there are rooms blocked on my name till 31st May before even resolving the issue availability is gone.

                                To Summarise-
                                - Staff kept lying in order to sweet talk.
                                - In process of trying to be friendly they don’t understand issue and give highly automated responses and standard replies.
                                - No one reads mails and responds.
                                - They admit and say we give DIPLOMATIC answers - are they not supposed to give direct answers.
                                - There are no solutions provided as staff is not trained enough to resolve issue. They never respond just avoid a customer.

                                Something that they could have replied politely denying my request with a fact that it is purple season. They dragged for 3 months with a lot of stress and trauma.

                                As I write on 2nd June I am told they will still get back!

                                I do have all the recordings post 3rd May. And all the copies of email. Please let me know where you want me to send them and it will give idea of my ordeal with your executives.


                                Please note that since we are 4 families and all located in different part of the world. It requires a lot of planning and coordination to organise this holiday. After being harrowed for 5 weeks I am told nothing can be done and I have nowhere else to go at this stage. I am extremely disappointed with your service and I will highly appreciate of you could help me organise my holidays at Paavna from 14th to 18th June.

                                  Than send to many mail but not any reply... And agent is always say to mail...
                                  Than i send to legel notice 29/08/2018 and pray to refund money and my cheque...
                                  Then after my cheque issue in bank and i bank charge...
                                  So this last warning plz hold my banking emi, refund money and my 2 cheques...

                                    I had already send a mail to cancel my membership on 3rd aug-2018 as given email i’d by membership coordinator. But still it is not cancelled from club mahindra. I have given many reminders to email i’d provided by relationship manager. But today, surprisingly instalment amount of 9000 rs. Is deducted from my bank account. As i already declared that, i don’t want to continue with your club membership. But still they are deducting instalment amount. This kind of worst experience i have faced first time. No response, i am getting from club mahindra. What is the issue, i don’t understand.

                                      I have had worst buying experience ever. This is about Club Mahindra membership. Following is my story which I want to share so that you guys can think twice before getting trapped.
                                      We subscribed to the Club Mahindra membership during their March campaign i.e. on 18th March 2018 to be very precise. I paid Rs. 27675 as initial application money for the membership by listening to the rosy picture from representatives. Now the real story starts.
                                      On 19th March itself, I sent e mail their customer care. Below was the text.
                                      "Yesterday we have just signed our application form and also paid down payment of Rs. 27675 through credit card ending with XXXX number.
                                      Now I do not wish to enrol for this membership. Therefore, please refund the amount of Rs.27675 in full at the earliest."
                                      On 20th March, I sent text message to assigned customer care officer mentioning clearly that I want to withdraw our membership application. Hence, requested them to refund our initial application money of Rs.27675 on priority.
                                      On 21st March, I got reply from customer care over e mail as under;
                                      "With regard to your email, we have marked it to our branch official at Ahmedabad branch who would get back to you within 2 working days. Please be assured that this is only because it is our endeavour to assist you with a correct and deserving redressal".
                                      This was the first and last reply from customer care. Therefore, I started following up with their branch officers who enrolled my application. I want to just list down my follow up lists which went unanswered so that you guys can understand that these guys behave and do not care anything about your hard earned money.

                                        club mahindra not giving gst invoice

                                        Hi,

                                        I am a member of club mahindra. While paying their yearly maintenance i asked for gst invoice with my gstn on it so i can get the credit for it. But after a month of follow-up, plenty of reminders, and even after submitting form 25, they are not giving me gst invoice.

                                        Last year aug they did the same and after all my efforts they did not give me invoice with my gstn.

                                        Where can i complain about...
