[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation of club mahindra membership and refund of amount | |
Memnership id is 2810049. Taken the membership on 25 march 18. And applied for cancellation on 30.03.18. We got a mail from club mahindra "to make it easier for us to track your query, please quote this interaction id 12118733 in all of your communications. We also recommend you to write to us from the e-mail id which you have given to us at the time of enrolment for security reason". But till today i havent got any confirmation call or mail from club mahindra. We are making calls to clubmahindra twice in a day. But we get only assurance that i will get the call today only fro the last 4 days. We have already filed a compalint on this site but it was automatically be marked as resolved without any resolution. Was this information helpful? | |

One more this today i have got the message for si mandate.
"Mandate Registration- UMRN SBIN0000000019589045 for Rs 10, 669.00 issued to MAHIHOLRESINDLTD received today.In case of any issues pls contact branch"
What is this???.
If my complaint is under process of cancellation then why club mahindra has processed my standing instruction. Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 31, 2018 Updated by Nidhi88 Till date i havent received my money back. It is almost 60days over and after cancellation of my membership u have fraudulently deducted ecs charges of rs 58 on 18.05.2018.Also u have marked the compliant as resolved but no action has been taken from club mahindra.  | |
