please cancel my membership my Member No is 2810227 and Interaction ID 12149191and let me know of my refund amount.
Even informed the local representative still no response from them nor i have received any response from the club Mahindra.
They have ditched me with wrong information.
Its very painful to know that after paying a huge amount no response is given from the club. I have bought this membership on 3th April. Seeking next day about the confirmation from the local representative, he started to say that you will receive the confirmation it in few days, after paying the down payment still i have to wait to get confirmation of membership in few days irritated me. I visited the site of club Mahindra their when i read the reviews of customer i was shocked and talking to local representative it was confirmed that the reviews were correct. so i had informed to local representative about cancellation and mailed of cancellation on April 4th to the member relation email id. But after a day i got membership no. i.e. 2810227 again with membership no i had mailed but no response yet recieved from the club. I request to Consumer Forum please to make my membership cancel and instruct them for refund at the earliest

    We have been called by club mahindra executives on 29 mar and offered free vouchers after there presentation irrespective of whether we take membership or not. Its being more than 2 weeks but we haven't received any vouchers. Moreover, the executives blocked my number and therefore i am not able to call and check. Is this the service club mahindra was offering at a cost of 9 lacs?

    After this incident it is less likely i will suggest club mahindra to any one.

    Though I have received club Mahindra Voucher... But it seems they are useless. Whenever I try to book any resort.. it says all resort are full and no alternative is available. Why these guys cheat and waste every1's time ?

      It has been more than 130 days since i sent cancellation request of my membership with clubmahindra. Also i have sent more than 5 follow up mails. I have contacted the cochin customer relations office more than 25 times to get my money refunded. It has become a big head ache for me and lost peace of mind because of this worst customer relation with clubmahindra. I request you to do an immediate action to get my refund amount.

        Please cancle the Balaji Murlidhar Arakal Membership Red House No.2539920. I have paid a toetal amount of Rs.500000/- (Five Lakhs) Club Mahindra including ASF but i do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through Make My Trip, fee charged is too much.

          As per the feedback i received from the customer of Mahindra club the service is very poor. So i have decide to cancel or discontinue my membership Member No 2810227 from club mahindra.

          I had recently joined on 3rd April wherein i have paid the down payment.

          I have mailed thrice to [protected]@clubmahindra.com from where no responses received other than auto generated mail. I have personally informed the executive on 4th April and then after three times about the discontinue of membership.

          Please accept the cancellation of membership and refund the amount back to the card.

          I have also requested the card company to discontinue my card from where the EMI will be paid.

          Thanks to Consumer Compliant Dept that you have forwarded my complain to the authorities but still from them yet my Canceling membership they have not accepted and not informed me of my refund amount.
          So careless club i don't know how they would have given good service.

            Dear team club mahindra.

            One week ago club mahindra organize a seminar in bhilwara rajasthan (Pin code 311001).

            I got a call from club mahindra jaipur office to callect 2 free voucher and to get these voucher you have to come with your wife.

            I was attended the seminar with my with and your staff try to sell me club mahindra membership.

            But offers was not so good so i refused to be a member.
            They asked me to send voucher to my mail id but i still not received the vouchers.
            If your company don't want to give voucher then why they called me and waste my & my wife's important time. Or your staff doing fraud and not supplied the vouchers to customer.

            Who is responsible for inconvenience held to me and my family.

            I am requesting to to stop this kind of manipulate to customers. This is redyculious behavior of a big name mahindra's company.

              We meet sunil singh powar and dharmesh chaturvedi at a hotel in korba the club mahindra representative.

              We are contacting club mahindra since 30th of march but we are getting nothing except assurance. Eveey day we get the assurance that will get the call from lucknow branch for cancellation of my membership but till date we didnt get a phone or email.

              Mail screen shot is attached for refrence. We can not expect such type of fraud from a esteemed organisation like mahindra.

              They dont have the professionalism. Their only purpose is to loot the money from the public and then forget the customers.

              If this issue will not resolved with a week i will go to consumer forun and demand heavy compensation for this harrasment.

              This compliant has not been resolved. How this marked as resolved. We havent got any call or mails regarding cancellation of my membership. They didnt even replying for my query.
              Memnership id is 2810049.
              Taken the membership on 25 march 18. And applied for cancellation on 30.03.18.

              We got a mail from club mahindra
              "To make it easier for us to track your query, please quote this Interaction ID 12118733 in all of your communications. We also recommend you to write to us from the e-mail ID which you have given to us at the time of enrolment for security reason".

              But till today i havent got any confirmation call or mail from club mahindra.

              We are making calls to clubmahindra twice in a day. But we get only assurance that i will get the call today only fro the last 4 days.

                My membership i'd is 280859. Just rcvd on 24 of march. I tried helpline number lot of times. But it is busy more than pmo office. I cannot contact for cancellation. I am sending email for cancellation of membership. Many promises was kept to me at the time of down payment. So i paid 34830 rs down payment. But after that none promise was fulfilled. I talked to your representative about cancellation but he said no need of it. You won't get any refund. How it is possible that you will take all 34830 rs and no refund. Now i am frustrated and want to cancel membership and refund my money.

                  This is really frustrating even after so many requests my membership cancellation have not been closed. After raising the concerns My membership ID is 2811612 is created and even i have raised dispute from bank
                  Its really disappointing with the service provided by the team.

                  We had discussion on the offers and paid Rs 41580 through card and on the same day (24 or 25th of Mar 2018), due to personal issues we have informed the corresponding person to cancel the membership and "DO NOT" proceed further. As per information provided by the representative, we should have received the verification call before login our information, however, we have not yet received any and we have received an mail directly as our ID has been login and created and received trailing welcome mail. on the same day we have raised concern by calling customer care, Interaction ID: 12111059, and sent a further mail on the same from "[protected]@gmail.com". Also, we have not received any further update or information form Club mahindra team, Which is really worrisome and disappointing.

                  Per discussion with representative, Abhilash earlier, we have received confirmation as this membership will be cancelled and full amount will be refunded. Please look into this issue and kindly do the needful.

                      Although i have been confirmed on mail on cancellation of my membership by Shreemathi, still every day sales people calling me from club mahindra asking documents for KYC-Pan card copy, Address proof etc.

                      Don't know exact status when i will get refund -will it be 60 days from 2.4.18 ? Why these documents are required if my membership is already cancelled?

                        In february 2018, we got a call from your side and asked us to meet regarding club mahindra holidays package. Mr abhishek and mr. Saurabh came to visit us at our home and described the policy impressively. We immediately gave initial amount of 37, 000 rs. And 3 cheques issued of amount 10, 259 rs. We discussed the policy with our friends and they told us about some cruze offer which we were not being told and then tried to call mr. Saurabh whose phone was switched off since then. My husband has also tried calling him many a times. Then i got a call from your side about downloading mahindra, read and confirm policy details. I downloaded the app and got to know the facts that we have to pay maintainance charges from this year only which we did'not know. So, i denied some details regarding policy and got a call from your side regarding my problems. At that time i clearly told that we want to cancel the policy. We were being told that will get our refund and some employee will contact us soon regarding this. But we didn't receive any call from your side after that. Few days later, mr abhishek called me up regarding issues and i clearly said that we want to cancel the policy for now and will take this in future and asked to refund our money. As we have our personal health and financial issues also, we can't pursue this policy for now. Today when i got message from my bank regarding deduction of money for this month and we immediately called mr saurabh and his phone was again switched off. We contacted mr abhishek and again asked him to cancel our policy and he is saying we will get a call within 1-2 days. When we have asked so many times and so many employees of yours regarding cancellation of policy why this month money has been deducted from my account.


                        As, we have already some personal issues please do not complicate this matter and try to resolve our issues.

                        As your is a prestigious firm, kindly look in to the matter and refund our money as this month payment has also been deducted from my account today. We want to surely take this policy in future.. But as for now, refund our money and help us in cancellation of this policy.

                        I have attended seminar of club mahindra and received voucher for 2N 3D. When i tried to redeem it, i didn't find any available resort or hotel. Whenever it was available, it was for single day only. This is just a trap to attract the customers nothing else. They will show big pictures but reality is different. Don't go for it at all.

                          Club mahindra team,
                          After received call from your representive, i had attended your company membership presentation at genex hotel, vadodara (Gujarat) on 4th feb 2018. Member scheme present by your sale executive mr. Vineet abhi and he said to me you get special discount if you booked on today with deposit some amount. And also said if you don't want for membership for any reason, informed us within two days, we will refund your payment within seven days.
                          Based on his assurance, i made payment 10000 inr through my credit card. Due to some my financial problem, i call to him for cancelled my membership and refund my payment. After numbers of call and continuous follow up with mr. Vineet abhi, till date my payment is not credited. Please look in this matter immediately and credit my payment. Find attached herewith payment details copy for your reference. Awaiting for your positive reply.

                            I had bought club mahindra holiday package on 23rd feb 2010. I made payment of rs.2, 67, 789 by 12/02/2015. However i didnot use a single holiday till then. When i lost my job in 2013, i made a request to them to allow me not to pay balance till i get a job. Then i requested them to cancel my member. They refused to cancel the membership and by fraud they took anothet rs.50, 000 from me saying they will help transfer the membership. They are now refusing to return my membership fee although i have not used a single holiday. They had my money and i had not used a holiday yet they used unfair means to get the balance money.in their terms and conditions it does not say that i cannot cancel my membership. I want to cancel and get full amount with interest now.

                              Today i m invited by club mahindra holiday package for 45 mint seminar at fortune hotel ahmedabad... And they commitee free complimentary voucher.. But at the end of seminar i have refuse deal then sales executive mr soyeb talking tone change and insult me front of my wife.. Even we have left the desk but not a any senior person aaj single time that what happen.. And his language is too bed with us.. So plz take necessary action on that without fail to dont make fool like this to customer.

                                Dear sir,

                                Property launched on 27/03/18 without informing members in saj mahabaleshwar and bookings are full. I am surprised when the property is not listed on website and no information to members than how come the bookings are full. Time and again i had been raising issues with club mahindra accusing them of selling the members inventory to outsiders to maximize profits is falling on deaf years and the same is verified today. We are charged exorbitant amount of asf and still we are not given rooms, the same are sold to preferential few corporates, close connected people of the management who are not members and sold outside. The company is not answering my queries related to the promises made while making members and now are strangulating us by selling our inventory to outsiders whereas the members have to shell extra money to holiday out of the club hotels. I request your kind help and intervene to stop this malice and fraud on members.

                                  My clubmahindra id 2786375.
                                  I had requested for the membership cancellation of clubmahindra, by today it's been 120 days since i requested. I have been in constant touch with customer service. They are still not giving any proper reply or any action from their side to get refund my amount. I have not availed any of their service. I have attached below the cancellation request mail.                                     I was selected for a free holiday voucher by club mahindra and was invited to collect the same at hilton hotel on 24/3/2018. We said we dont want it. And they kept calling us several time and we had to visit, after explaining everything they said that the voucher will be sent in emai and we did not receive it. The contact number that they gave is always switched off.

                                      The sales representative of club mahindra had visited us in the month of october 2017. For the purchase of their membership scheme for rs.3, 61, 980/-, he promised that we would be entitled for an iphone 7, club mahindra vouchers for rs.10, 000/-, tanishque vouchers for rs.10, 000/- and a surprise gift after the membership is registered. We made the full payment of rs.3, 61, 980 by way of cheque/credit card on october 17, 2017.

                                      After lot of telephonic queries, we received an email from club mahindra confirming the membership but offering only one iphone 7 and voucher of rs.5000/-. I immediately wrote back stating that there was a mismatch in what the sales representative, shri vishal singh had promised and the email.

                                      Subsequently, i telephoned the company and also sent various mails but i did not receive any gifts, etc. From the company. Hence on february 5, 2018, after waiting for almost 5 months, i asked the company to refund my money with interest since they were not responding to my mail.

                                      The company promised to refund the money on 23rd february 2018 but till date i have not received any money from the company.

                                      The company on false promises takes money from the customers and then cheat them. The company has been using the amount of rs.3, 61, 980/ paid to them in october 2017. I request you to kindly help me to get back my money and the interest payable on that for 5 months. I also request you to get me compensation for the waste of time and mental agony i had to undergo because of club mahindra.

                                      Refund with interest still not received even after five months of making full payment:

                                      Sir,
                                      We made the full payment of Rs.3, 61, 980/- on 21st October 2017. Despite repeated phone calls, emails, etc. the company did not send the iphone, vouchers, etc. which they had promised as a part of the scheme. The promised gifts did not arrive till February 4, 2018, ie. more than 3 months of accepting the complete payment from us. Hence, I requested them to refund my money on February 4, 2018. After a lot of follow up they sent a mail on 23 February 2018 that they have initiated cancellation and refund will be completed in 15 days.
                                      After waiting for more than a month, I put a complaint on March 26, 2018 on your portal. Then they wrote to me on 27 March 2018 that the refund will be completed in seven days. I have still not received the refund till date.
                                      It is very clear that they are wilfully delaying so that they are doing business from the funds collected from public by luring them with false promises and gifts.
                                      It is very clear that Club Mahindra is collecting deposits by false promises which they do not fulfil. They are using the funds for furthering their business.
                                      This is a illegal deposit collection scam by them by cheating the public. Please look into the matter before it becomes another financial scam. They must be collecting huge deposits in this manner and keeping the same for months together without paying any interest to the customer.
                                      Do they have the permission of the concerned authorities to collect interest free deposits in this manner.
                                      I request you to kindly help me to get back my money along with interest from October 24, 2017 till date of receipt of my money along with compensation for waste of time and mental agony.
                                      I also request you to kindly take steps to stop this kind of corporate cheating by Club Mahindra before it blows up into a big scam.

                                        I have taken club mahindra membership in november but when i visited their resorts i was not satisfied and wanted to cancel the membership and wanted full refund as when their sales executive came to visit us they told me if you are not satisfied then you can go for cancellation and full refund will be provided, i have paid approx rs 120000 but inspite of my repeated reminder mails dated 27 jan 2018, 8 feb 2018 and 16 march 2018 and repeated calls no one is replying, they have deactivated my memebership id 2789766 but still no response or any refund is processed, kindly do the needful.

                                        It has been said to me by club mahindra representative that my problem will resolve by thursday i.e. 29 march 2018 but still i have not got any update by email or call for my problem and still my id is showing as suspended, this shows careless attitude of club mahindra personnels, kindly take a note and cancel my memebership with full refund.
