Subject : a holiday you own.. Add stress & unhappiness to this - its true because once you have signed up you are on your own to figure out what's next with no support whatsoever. Hi team, I have been trying to speak to someone with a sensible head & the one who can make decisions, to arrive at a resolution in the last 6 months. But like the fate of most of the customers here there has been no response whatsoever. So please can you cancel this membership & process full refund. I have not been able to avail a single benefit or facility that was promised to me at the time of taking up the membership. And since you have not provided me any service or any time, apart from of-course sending me automated emails & asking robots to call me for an overdue asf which i wasn't aware of, please process the refund immediately. Its a pity that there is no single ownership of your customers & they are treated so poorly.. Either you don't care about your brand image or you have too much on your plate to manage & hence really don't care if there are a handful who complain. I hope you realize that even one customer can make a difference. And in the age of social media its very easy to get this done.
