I had mailed club mahindra on 03.10.22 to cancel my Club Mahindra membership-2991480 which I bought on 30.09.22. I had submitted the digital application on 30.09.22.
The reasons behind cancellation is mis-selling of following things:
1. Holidays of 2 nights/ 3 days were promised but not shown in online portal - complimentary things.
2. Food vouchers of Rs.10000/- promised, however shown as Rs.5000/- only in online portal- complimentary things.
3. Interest rate in EMI was told as 15%, however it is 16% told in welcome call.
4. Freebies are given after stipulated period – 3 EMIs/6 EMIs which was not explained.
5. In case of 30% DP, it was informed that rest amount can be paid in 24 interest free EMIs- not responding to calls now.
Have escalated all these issues during welcome call on 01.10.22 but did not get any response.
In view of the above, I am no longer interested in this membership and hence request to cancel this membership and refund Rs.52980/- paid as initial 10% Down payment at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
