club mahindra representatives, Ravi, who provided me with detailed information about the benefits and privileges of being a Club Mahindra member.During our conversation, Ravi made several commitments and promises that influenced my decision to purchase the membership.
Regrettably, upon reviewing the official terms and conditions document that was sent to me subsequently, I discovered significant variations between the verbal assurances given by Ravi and the written terms and conditions.
These inconsistencies have left me feeling misled and disappointed as they were a crucial factor in my decision-making process.
Now I had already dropped a mail to Club Mahindra team for its cancellation.
But since then I am waiting a response from them, additionally the representative kept on calling several times - around 30-40 calls, even if I already communicated that I will send any more details after getting response from customer service.
Then he misused this opportunity, and tried to fool me by calling through a different number and saying that she is speaking from club Mahindra support team.
