On 9th may, 2018, mr. Arnab nandi and mr. Yahiya zain of “mahindra holiday resorts” approached us for taking bliss membership of their organization, “mahindra resorts”, which as we understood, is a brand name in the market and as such when somebody from this level and kind of organization approached us, we naturally had a feeling of trustworthiness. During discussions, we were offered various discounts, privileges and benefits including free 4 nights stay at your resorts through redeem vouchers for our family of 6 members provided we give the option of dates approximately 15 days in advance.
I was asked by mr. Arnab nandi to contact mr. Yahiya zain for further assistance for redemption of redeem vouchers and as such after receiving the redeem vouchers, i immediately started calling mr. Yahiya zain in this regard. Unfortunately his attitude had totally changed and he started avoiding my telephonic calls. However, after repeated requests, he guided me for uploading the details of redeem vouchers online. As soon as i got the sms, i forwarded it to mr. Yahiya zain as per his advices and requested him to make arrangements for allotting 3 rooms for our family of 6 members for the dates of 14/7/18 to 17/7/18 and he assured that there is no problem and this will be done fast. That was the last conversation, i could have with mr. Yahiya zain who thereafter stopped responding to my telephonic calls.
As such, i telephoned to mr. Arnab nandi who informed me that mr. Yahiya zain had resigned and therefore he will get my work done. But most unfortunately, here also despite my calling mr. Arnab nandi repeatedly, he also just kept on promising but did not do the work.
Frustrated with this, i finally approached mr. Ronit arora who shown his inability to adjust 6 of our family members through redeem vouchers and as such we gave the option of making the arrangements for only two persons. Till today despite various telephonic conversations with mr. Ronit arora, we have not been able to get confirmation of booking against redeem vouchers.
I fail to understand as to how and why representatives of “mahindra holiday resorts”, a company of such a high repute may humiliate and harass retired class i officers who are also senior citizens and ex-army personnel.
Under the above circumstancs, we have requested them to cancel our membership and refund the full amount of rs.93, 650/-. They have also been requested to cancel our following cheques given to their representatives towards emi by us.
A. Cheque no. 790106 dt.09/05/2018 for rs.7, 804/- being emi amount for the month of july, 2018.
B. Cheque no. 790107 dt.09/05/2018 for rs.7, 804/- being emi amount for the month of august, 2018.
We are awaiting for their reply and action taken by them in this regard and request for a strong persuation for immediate refund of our amount of rs.93, 650/-.

No refund made till date despite my request mail dated 29th June, 2018. Rather they have vide their mail dated 30th June refused to refund. Mahindra Resorts are just harrassing us. Copies of my mail dated 29th June and Mahindra Resorts' mail dated 30th June are attached in JPG format.
