[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation requested on the same day but still no confirmation | |
I signed up for club mahindra holidays by paying 50 k on the same day but after getting the feedback from friends, i requested the executive who signed me up to cancel it the very next day. He said that he will cancel it but even after following up continuously for 10 days in a row, he didnt provided any details on the cancellation or my refund back and on the 10th day he informed me that he will login and then i have to send an email to cancel it and will get my refund back after 45 days I dont understand as why i have to wait for that long to get my money back when i informed to cancel the membership with in 6 hours of signing up.
