Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation requested within 15 days as per policy

Requested cancellation on 2nd Jan after purchasing membership on 29th Dec. There has been multiple mails being send but there has been no resolution. As per policy mentioned in the purchase document, I am liable to get full refund if I cancel within 15 days.
Member I'd 2998971. I have tried contacting multiple times but no resolution.
