Dear cm colleague,
My name is nirav dani,

I have booked my 4 nights at club mahindra varca, goa between 18 and 22 april
I invited my elder brother and family (Co-applicant) for this vacation. My complete itinerary is booked with all to-&-fro flights from ahmedabad and mumbai.
Now, i came to know that i cannot invite my extended family members for red season. I'm now in big trouble
My main concern is if i cannot take my extended family with me on vacation, what is fun of taking this kind of expensive membership from reputed clubs...
Now, i have two options - either club mahindra can allot me one more stu apartment for my guest or i have to find other facility.
When i took membership, it was based on so many good features i was been presented - you can take your family members, you can gift nights to your friends and many more... Nobody explained the real truth that these all benefits are not eligible during vacation season, they are only applicable during off-season when no one would really want to visit the holiday places/facilities...
My brother is one of the reputed doctor in ahmedabad... I was very ashamed in front of him, by this night mare.
I have made few calls to cm call center. They have promised to put me to senior person, but the senior persons are also of same category who cannot make clients comfortable by any means

After few calls and a personal visit at Club Mahindra Ahmedabad office, finally Club Mahindra has provided me 2nd room on exceptional basis.
I'm happy that now I'll be able to visit Goa with my extended family. Thanks Harris from call center
Though my real concern remains open behalf of all Club Mahindra members - if member is travelling for any vacation, his/her extended family should allow to travel with him/her. If I cannot take my family with me, there is really no fun in vacation. Club Mahindra should promote 'Vacation along with family' concept.
2nd thing: when I visited CM office in Ahmedabad, a lady who attended me from members relationship was very very rude. She was more interested to point at my mistakes that I have not read or understood the rules clearly. Or I have not asked questions if I have not understood the terms & conditions. Her another point was, why didn't I planned my holidays earlier, booking opens four months earlier... in my opinion, the members relationship crews should more members friendly, their primary responsibility is to help members & make them feel comfortable...
I also met Non members group head (Amit Patel) at Ahmedabad. I must say he is gem of the person. He helped me a lot. At one point I was completely in favour of leaving Club Mahindra membership in the middle, but he could really calm me down. I really appreciate his pep talk on benefits and some help on my concern...
