My memberid is 3736998 i have to cancel my membership and refund my money as quickly as possible i told them to cancel my membership and refund my money they told me they don't give me refund i have not use any service of holidays if my money don't refund i absolutely sure to take law in my hand and harm there reputation i have to refund my money they ask me the reason of cancelation of membership this is my membership i have to right to cancel this membership i cannot response the reason why i have to cancel please give my money back as early as possible

    I purchased a membership on 3/2/17 and paid a downpayment of 37, 820 rupees. I was given the assurance that I would get a full refund if I cancelled within 10 business days. I contacted the salesman on 3/9 (also via email) and alerted him that I wish to cancel. After several weeks of waiting for the cancellation, he contacted me yesterday and alerted me that he does not handle cancellation and there is no possibility of a refund.

    I'm overseas in the US, so I'm having difficulty reaching anyone to get assistance whatsoever on the Customer Service line. I also haven't received any email replies to my inquires. How can I get some help?

    I totally agree with you, they make false promises at the time of sale and deny to fulfill them once they receive money.

    My relationship manager lied at the time of selling the membership and promised me that they will refund my money in case I change my mind in a month's time. However, I was not convinced and informed them over phone & through email within a week and same was acknowledged by their Sr. relationship manager. He told me that I'll get my refund in 45 working days. The promised deadline completed 2 weeks back and I am told that my refund have been initiated on a date when I was suppose to get my refund.
    When I asked for a justification on it, they have stopped replying again.

    I wish there would have been an option of negative rating.

      Have just become a member of club Mahendra and it's very disappointing as your toll free keeps you waiting for hours, mails are not answered . Your agent doesn't respond through whom I became a member and how do I book my complimentary holiday which was much promised by club Mahendra ? I am a member of royal sterling too and on one mail the queries are answered, I am in usa at the moment and I need to confirm my complimentary holiday to Mahabaleshwar from 2-5 April,

        I paid them Rs. 31, 160 as a downpayment for a White membership on 26/01/2017, on a condition that in case I change my mind (before Feb, 2017) I will get a full refund. I confirmed my cancellation through an email on 31/01/2017, on which I got an acknowledgment through an email from their Sr. Relationship Manager - Farshogar Madon that I will get my refund in 45 working days.
        These 45 working days were over on 24/03/2017.

        I have been trying to reach them since first week of march through emails, customer care number, SMS for a callback and their relationship manager, but nobody cares to revert.

        I have all the emails with me and can produce when ever required. Screen shots of the same have been attached for reference.

        Yes I have received an email saying that I'll get me refund in 60 working days wef 15/03/2017.

        Why the effective date is 15th March 2017??

        I have confirmed my cancellation on 31st Jan 2017 which has been acknowledged by your Sr. relationship manager - Farshogar madon. For reference check the the attachment.

        First your relationship manager makes a false promise that I'll get my refund in 45 working days. After trying really hard to reach you people, I posted a complaint here, then suddenly you people wake up to initiate my refund. And wallah it you'll take another 60 working days from 15th march 2017!!

        How is this justified??

          Pl take an action to cancel the club mahindra membership and for refund . downpayment is gotted by club mhindra very soon but for refund my down payment 3 month passed but no further action taken by club mahindra whereas i have informed club mahindra within 3 days for cancellation after joining membership. Where will i go for help. It causes mental disturbation and pain so pl relief me and refund my downpayment . can i provide you bank a/c no for refund.pl. tell me when my down payment 25570.00 wii be refunded to me and also tell me what is mode of refund.

          I book my holiday at Austria club mahindra resort nd my membership id is 2733047
          After booking they charge 5000 per night for no reason and this is actul cost of room per night . Salesman who give me all wrong information about club mahindra . I want all my money back . Big fraud with me .you guys spoil my holiday my money my time and my year .

            I have taken the club mahindra holidays membership on 04.06.2010 and the cost of membership was Rs.2, 65, 702/- .
            i have started paying the membership fee on EMI basis with monthly EMI as Rs.8, 348/- . i have paid 15 EMI's of Value Rs.1, 25, 220/- through my bank oriental bank of commerce . after this i could not pay and i have requested many a times to cancell my membership as i did not not avail any vacation and refund my money .
            the company said we will not return the fee and cancelled the membership .
            i request your intervention in resolving the issue, and for your information, i had a similar issue with contry club membership, where in i could not continue they have given me an option to pay a token amount and avail a holiday within an year which will cover up the amount paid to them ie rs.20, 000/- . when such an option exists with small players, the big comany like mahindra retaining big amount pinches my pocket .

              My member id being 2595689.
              Its been almost 2.5 years now, i bought the membership. I could hardly use it, as it is most of the time unavailable & sold out & booking terms are too not very favorable to most employed people with family. Finally i saw no sense in continuing with it.
              I am running behind member relations team from past 20 days, & there is no fair response with regards to cancellation terms.

              Never ever even step into their premises. They have very strong & convincing marketing team, they promise you sun, moon, stars & somehow hook you, & the moment you get hooked, you end up loosing your hard earned money.

                I was buying a membership of club mahindra in 2016 by a smart salesperson, who promised me a world of beautiful holidays for the next 25 years and has sold me the membership with following promises (All written and documented):
                1) i have to pay upfront 56k which is 20% of total membership (After all given discounts)
                2) i have to pay monthly emi of 8911 only for first three months which will activate following deals:
                A) 7 rci nights
                B) 5 nights in club mahindra resort
                C) cash back of third emi after 6 months.
                However, in reality, i've been able to manage only one holiday 5 nights in club mahindra till date that too, in mahabaleshwar in peak of monsoons 28.10.2016 and cash back of third emi after 6 months also done.
                I have recently become a member and to get 1 week free rci as a complimentary. This was valid till 30th may 2017. But till date i don’t gave complementary rci membership id.
                In mahabaleshwar, i upgraded membership to white stu to red stu, after saying that you got seasons benefit in red. But no extra benefits in red.
                I am trying to redeem the 7 rci nights and there is not a single availability of room in any of their resorts. If i go for booking from other portals then they have booking available for same resorts. If you can’t provide a single room then why do you issue complementary or membership.
                I was really frustrated by this time (As i was planning this from past 1 month), and i try call to call centre & said to people please give it to your senior, and he put me on long hold and then call got disconnected.
                Before 3 week i call rci call centre & talk to mr dhiraj for booking any hill station in north side. But till date not given any confirmation. After 21st i am call again to rci office but no more answer to rci people. Mr dhiraj every time given 7 nights at puri, how can i enjoy in temple area.
                Till date i have talk to rci peoples dolly, kiran, dhiraj + 2 more persons & club mahindra peoples are a’bad collection centre farhin, chennai office gautam, paritosh & mahabaleshwar office neha also on dt. 03 march, 07 march, 22 march, 14 march, 20 march, 22 march, 23 march, but no buddy can correct answer for what can i do in this situation. All are given different answers.
                Are there any block booking that you do here, we as a normal member never gets a chance to book this resort. And the call canter service is really really pathetic.
                Now when i contacted rci they say that the all resort are already booked, so tell to club mahindra sends mail to rci to extend free night till next 4 to 6 months & give confirmation by mail to both.

                I have sent mails to club mahindra and it’s been 4 days now and interaction no is 10585157 + 2 days of weekend that no response from them. Basically, booking for a club mahindra holiday & rci both are more difficult than 'tatkal' booking of indian railways.
                My humble request is to look into matter immediately to resolve matter as i cannot take such frustration and burden for long time of 25 years membership due to poor services and response from club mahindra & rci also.
                Please help me to relive me from these stresses.

                  I and my wife had visited the branch and we had got enrolled on 7th march 17 and today is 23rd march due to some urgency in the family we felt need of money we are service class people with high aspirations so we had visited them .I contacted Vivek Mehta in ahmedabdad and mailed him to cancel and refund the money we have not still used any of their services but I was denied refund It is my very very hard earned money cant see let it go in drains pls help below is the mail written to them my contact no is [protected]

Help i have again spoken Vivek Mehta he said Reshma Joseph she is the member relation head for Gujarat She too denied to refund all are raising up their hands.she too didn't come on line even to speak total unprofessional the operator said she is busy and cannot speak.

                      Hi,

                      Their Sales man called up and visited my place to explain the features of the memebership. However, he insisted on making the payment to avail some offer going on, he also told me full refund will be made if I am not interested. When I called, he asked me to wait till my application is processed and a membership number is generated(Membership Id 2446430). After that, they are not responding much except that they are processing my cancellation request and it may take some time. I called up and sent mails and also used their twitter handle but they did not help me yet.

                      Please help me on how can I get my hard earned money refunded.

                      It's been 3 weeks and surprisingly only the standard automated responses and there is no real response for requests on twitter and mails to member care. Haven't received any call or communication about the refund of hard earned money I am requesting for.

                      Had high expectations for Mahindra Brand and this is disappointing.

                      I received a call from Mr. S Banik today and also an email. This gentleman was not very friendly and did not allow me to speak. I was expecting him to clarify why it takes 60 days to refund. Still no confirmation or hastened action about the refund. The mail says "We will refund the entire amount paid by you towards the cost of membership within 60 days as per membership rules."

                      However, happy to see some action from Mahindra. I am hopeful that still there is someone honest people out there and feel responsible for refunding my money at the earliest.

                      I have opted out on the very next day and called up your sales person Mr. Raghu. He wanted me to wait till my application to be keyed and a membership number allocated. He told me that without the membership number the cancellation cannot be initiated. Based on his assurances, I was waiting for the cancellation & refund.

                      The membership fee was charged on my credit card and I may have to clear the bill by the end of 1st week or pay interest for the same. Request you to kindly consider my situation and and initiate for speedy full and safe refund of my hard earned money.

                      It's been 3 weeks and surprisingly there is no response for requests on twitter and mails to member care. Haven't received any call or communication after this update from you. Had high expecations for Mahindra Brand and this is disappointing.

                        I wish to report the pathetic customer service on offer & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “Club Mahindra Holidays” of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHIL).
                        a) It all started with an invitation to attend a presentation of “Club Mahindra holidays” at Vadodara, Gujarat. However at the presentation, I was told to buy the membership then & there as it would not be available later. – A clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice being followed by MHIL.
                        b) I enrolled into membership on 28/02/2017, processed and activation on 01/03/2017.
                        c) On 07/03/2017 (7th day) i received the customer copy of the form I signed and when i was going through the terms and conditions about the ASF it was mentioned I need to Pay every year apart from the Membership fees. This condition was not cleared on the day I was Enrolling for membership. I was only told I have to pay for the 1st year and not every year whether I use it or not. This is a clear case of cheating & dishonesty by MHIL as they had enticed me into buying the membership without apprising me of the Rules & regulations, something which was obligatory on their part.

                        d) I sent an email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and got automatic reply with this MHRIL no[protected]. On various attempts to contact MHIL, I found out to my dismay that the telephones[protected] were unattended & the assured ‘call back’ also did not happen. I messaged in their FaceBook Inbox and they replied

                        "Dear Manush,

                        We urge you to reconsider your decision regarding our membership. We would like to connect with you regarding your post. Please share your membership ID and contact number with us here for our team to get in touch with you.

                        So i sent them the details requested and to my surprise i got a call on 08/03/2017 from [protected] - Deepika Subramaniyam with ref[protected], let her know why I wanted to cancell and it was the first and last call I had from them.

                        So from March 7th, 2017 i am following up but till date no response.

                        e) I requested for the cancellation within 10 days so I am eligble to get my full refunds.

                        f) Today I send my concerns through their feedback form on their website http://www.clubmahindra.com/feedback, and to my surprise got no acknowledgement.

                        It is disgusting to know that “Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited”, part of the reputed Mahindra group can be so insensitive to its members & hopes to build its business over unsatisfied customers.

                          My name is savita kumari barsiwal and my membership no is 2729140 it was on[protected] when Mr Anup tiwari and Tabresh came to my home for selling their club Mahindra membership.Me and my finance was together when he explained everything about club Mahindra membership.we were about to get married on within next 3 months so we made it clear that we are taking this membership just because we want to go to abroad for our honeymoon and you are giving us complimentary voucher for abroad visit with this membership.they stayed their for 4 hours and made so many sugary promises to us that mr anup will be in your touch and he will help us in every matter.we explained that we want to go to Singapore and Bali for our honeymoon and asked them do you have resorts their also?for this they responded that do not worry we have tie up with RCI nd RCI is having so many resorts in every country you just book this membership with booking amount which is 31160 Rs and leave everything on us we will plan everything for you but you have to pay 3 months EMI before taking any holiday. 3 months EMI amount was 28434 Rs We payed the booking amount on the same day and after few days we paid our 3 months Emi also.we asked him how many days before we need to tell them about the vacations he said just tell me 15 days before i will arrange it.we started contacting him 1 month before.after paying the amount before the booking of our flights we again confirmed about the availibility of the resorts at singapore and bali.we booked our flights and again called him but it was a completely different anup tiwari.he didn't took any pain of booking.we called him and messaged him but he was not responding properly.after scolding him for his changed behavior he provided us a contact no and said it is RCI's contact no you can call and book you room.when we called on the given number they said your club mahindra membership no is not register with us yet please contact club mahindra again.we told everything to anup and again and it took more days.after few days we called again on rci number they said that in Singapore we can not take their facilities with this membership we need to pay for the resort and in Bali they were not having the availabilities till September.our flights were booked from[protected] and till September they were not having availabilities. Was it a joke?
                          it was our honeymoon and our flights were booked it was a big fraud for us.we were not ready for this big shock from the brand club Mahindra.We trusted you blindly and payed 60000 Rs and in return you did this to us.
                          One more thing is that they took my credit card details and when i asked why they are taking this they said it is just a formality.i clearly tell them that do not auto debit the amount i will deposit it my own.but for the first month EMI they made an auto debit from my credit card.which was a starting shock for me.
                          so the end of the story is that we didn't get any service from you guys and just because of your fake behavior we do not want to continue with this membership.We want our refund as soon as possible otherwise i am definitely going to consumer court.

                            I have raised request for my club mahindra membership Cancellation with email request no[protected] on[protected] and Cancellation Request no: o67-429 dtd[protected].
                            But even after 60 days I have not received my money back.
                            The executives are not responding on phone. The sales person left Club Mahindra.

                            Total Refund amount is More than Rs 26000/-. same is not yet return.

                            I have not received the holiday booking voucher which was confirmed from your end for 18th March to 20th March for 4 Adults.I received call from your end and they booked a property for me and told that i will receive my Confimation voucher.                             Even I am the victim of Club mahindra membership. They are unethical group of people. Every person says something different regarding the refund policy.

                            I took the membership on 7th June 2017 and my Membership ID 2764834. I dropped them an email on 14th June 2017 requesting for cancellation and again visited there office on 22nd June 2017 at Ahmedabad office for submitting a hard copy request for cancellation fo membership to them. Even after many follow ups there customer care don't respond. On 8th July 2017 i received an email stated that your amount will be refunded in 60 working days and customer care executive says the same thing.

                            While there policy says that the refund should be within 30 days. I have uploaded the picture of the policy copy which I have. 24 days has been already passed so in that case I should receive the refund by next week. But they are asking me to wait for more 60 days. (that's really annoying).

                            Request you to please help in this matter. So that it get resolved ASAP.

                              It was 24th Nov'16, Place : Trade Fair, New Delhi, Club Mahindra Counter.
                              Me and my Wife took the Club Mahindra membership (White Studio) with lots of promises given by the CM's Sales persons named "Vinod Bisht" and his Sr Sales Consultant named "Akhil Vashistha" .
                              One of the biggest promise was on which behalf we immediately took this membership was "Through RCI we can cover our various conferences in Prague and some other European countries" (Yes! they were making us FOOLs).
                              Upon numerous Calls, SMS, Whatsapp msg, Emails, theses chaps were not reverting to us (they might have blocked my number too).
                              One fine day my wife called Mr. Vinod and he picked the call (i don't understand how..??). He given a solution to call RCI Directly and u'll know the issue why he was not replying to the query on mail.
                              So finally we get to know that the Location for which we were given promises, RCI don't have properties there!
                              So here we are.. for which we have took the Club Mahindra membership was not at all serving the purpose!!
                              Apart from that the other big promises, Not even a single is been given!!!

                              I really Salute these Saloos, how easily they made us fools easily!
                              I have lots of bad word coming in mind for them but i'm still maintaining my calm and requesting Club Mahindra team to either arrange our tour to our given location on given time, or simple cancel our membership and give us back the whole amount!!

                              The person started asking fir the issue and i asked about his name, what he takes care and where his office is... then immediately he said " Aap karate raho complain tumhara kuch ni hone wala" and he hanged the call... when I called back on the number it was diverted to some another number where call was getting disconnected!!!

                              So what should i do now...???

                                Sub: refund and cancelation of membership due to cheating, misrepresentation and fraud

                                My name is vivek gupta member id is 2696504

                                I had called to sterling holiday resorts (India) limited and club mahindra holidays for getting membership and i preferred to go with club mahindra because of well-known and brand name in market in hospitality sector.

                                But unfortunately, your brand name and reputation is going to down due to sales persons behaves cheating to customers.

                                Mr. Abdus & mr. Rahul sale representative (Channel sales) on behalf of club mahindra visit to our home (Delhi) at april 2016 to explain the benefits and reason to take the membership.
                                I have written this letter due to the below false representation and cheating to customers.

                                1. First false representation:
                                The demo video shown us the study apartment (1 room+1 drawing room + kitchen)
                                He explains us that the studio apartment is sufficient for one couple and one adult (3 person)/2 children (No age limit explains for children).
                                Based on their video, we go for studio apartment.

                                2. Second false representation:
                                Mr. Abdus offers us the below 25 year membership with the below offers:
                                A) 4 vouchers (8 night - expired on july 2016)
                                B) ₹ 15000 discount (7500 immediately, balance cheque /emi adjustment 7500)
                                C) 5 complementary nights
                                D) rci membership
                                E) ₹ 5000 rcv
                                F) 48 month emi (₹ 9070/ month)-convert to 36 month emi (₹ 9070 /month) after payment of 3 emi.
                                G) 60000 points to be credited
                                H) extra charges for additional members-₹ 500/- person

                                3. Third false representation:
                                No information about the amc charges
                                Based on that commitment, total cost offer us ₹ 3, 54, 300 (Without interest), i filled up the form no dec/2015/25 yrs/111977 dated 8th april 2016 (As attached for your reference)
                                Mentioning all information (Name, address, mobile no, co applicant name, address proof, credit card detail etc.) and i have paid 10% dp of ₹ 29, 490 (After deducting ₹ 7500/-) dated 8th april 2016
                                Attached the mail receive on 21st may 2016 form abdus.
                                But till 5th june 2016, nether i had not received membership kit nor any updation of my application even continuously follows up with mr. Abdus & mr. Rahul.

                                9th june to 17th june i have send mail for cancellation of my application and refund (Mail attached) to below mail id:

                                After long discussion with mr. Abdus, he explained that basic information (Address, mobile no and co-applicant name) was wrongly entered in club mahindra system.

                                Finally, i received kit without verification from miss pooja working in below address and deliver to my address. Dated 20th july /2016
                                Unit no.34-45, 01st floor,
                                Tdi centre, plot no.7,
                                Commercial complex, jasola,
                                New delhi,
                                Delhi-110025.

                                I am surprised that my application was not correct uploaded in system and after 3 month, i had received my kit, how can june & july emi was due, but i have request to give some time to release the payment.
                                7/06/2016- emi due - ₹ 9070/- (How can be due if application is processed on july)
                                07/07/2016- emi due - ₹ 9070/-

                                On the same month of july, my emi was realized, and i was not question how in july emi can be reflect.

                                My emi was realized on timely (7th of every month) from july 2016 till jan 2017 (7 month).

                                Further account department from jasola office called us to adjust the cash back of ₹ 6000/- from june emi due, i was surprised to hear that my cash back is ₹ 6000/- instead of ₹ 7500/- (As committed)
                                And i also paid june pending emi of ₹ 9000/- (18th jan 2017)-mail attached

                                I had already paid
                                Down payment = ₹ 29490/-
                                June 2016 to jan 2017 (Emi ₹ 9070 /month)= ₹72560
                                Total payment = ₹ 102050/-

                                I had called to mr. Abdus to clear all pointed committed but no response, finally i have decided to visited to jasola office 10th jan 2017 about all concern which is pending as below (Mail attached)

                                1. Refund of ₹ 7500/- pending
                                2.co-applicant card not yet receive.
                                3. Points of 60000 not yet receive.
                                4. Voucher handed over for replacement against new one.
                                5. Rci kit not yet receive.
                                6. Conversion of emi from 48 month to 36 month without change of emi amount of ₹ 9000.

                                Miss pooja is attending us and ensure us to resolve all issue.

                                When i booked resort in udaipur and kumbhalghar date 26th jan 2017-27th jan 2017, (5 person)
                                Room was allotted for 2-hu in udaipur but 1-studio apartment & 1-bhk in kumbhalghar
                                My family was shocked when i entered in studio apartment. (1 room+ 1 kitchen)

                                Service of kumbhalghar is worst services

                                Again mr. Abdus tell us that no need to pay for extra person, he (Mr. Abdus) will send the approval to resort but no mail send by mr. Abdus. And tell us to pay the extra amount of ₹ 2800/- each resort and he will give us extra complementary 5 night.

                                Extra charges per person was ₹ 1500/- instead of ₹ 500 (As committed)

                                Immediately i visit to helpdesk in kumbhalghar and raised our doubt, they say that studio apartment is one room with kitchen only.
                                After return back to home, i had request to mr. Abdus to meet us urgently either my home or office but he was not interest to meet us, finally i had visit to jasola office in delhi 9th feb 2017 for raised our complaint and again miss pooja & mr. Ashwani attend us.
                                I am socked again to hear that mr. Abdus was left the company. And inform all issue to ashwani but he refuses to provide us solutions.
                                Based on above facts, i observed that mr. Abdus is providing false information, misrepresentation, and cheating to customer.
                                I am frustrated and expect form club mahindra to resolved my problem. Otherwise i will take final strong action to file a complaint to consumer court for harassment cheating and for false representation to customer.
                                I want to get back my full refund and cancelled the membership
                                I will also circulate this issue to social media and news as well.

                                  We have recently taken membership with 25000 down payment where as the salesman promised lots of things
                                  But when the contract came nothing was there Moreover many hidden costs like renewal, RCT time limit, maintains etc. are embedded and not clarified at the time of joining and the offers he gave us to attract were not met at all
                                  Really disappointed with this kind of service and would like to withdraw the membership

                                    Yesterday i.e. on 09.03.2017 Mahindra representative called to attend one meeting at Hotel Hilton and made payment of 10 % advance to book one White category Studio for 25 years, on the very same next day we asked Club Mahindra representatives Ms. Ritika for refund but now they are telling that refund is not possible and can not be given back as it was registration charge. Same was not conveyed by them that Refund is not possible. Not they are not even lifting phone also, fraud company.

                                      I have been called up multiple times to visit hotel IBIS, Pune for a seminar in of CLUB Mahindra Holidays.
                                      I have attended it and offered one voucher of 2 nights 4 days stay at any resort, as I was promised.
                                      But Now what I see whenever I try to redeem the voucher I see rooms are not available in any of the resorts.
                                      How is it possible. Are you guys making full o[censored]s by giving HOLIDAY VOUCHERs which we cant redeem even.
                                      I am planning for Goa and I don't find a single room for my 2 nights stay.

                                        I pramod gurmule membership no. Maf jun/2016/25yrs/14766,
                                        was joined on dated 17/12/2016 & given the payment by credit card rs. 30660/-, next day i was given the application at nagpur office for cancellation the membership & return my booking amount & cheque, after that for urself no correspond .
                                        But today you present the cheque rs.11676/-, i wonder bcoz i already given the application for cancellation of membership.
                                        So i request to return my payment within 15 days oterwise i will go to consumer court.
