[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Change in EMI schedule

I have been following up with Kruti Bhandre from Club Mahindra for a change in the EMI schedule for the past 2 months. It was a FRUSTRATING as they never respond to call. After writing to member relations, I managed to file the form for change in EMI and also gave an upfront cheque payment. Insipte of all this, my account was debited with an EMI. As usual, Kruti and team have not bothered to answer calls and emails. The experience with dealing with the Marketing and Finance team has been DISGUSTING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
THEY ONLY MAKE FALSE PROMISES AND DO NOT DELIVER ANYTHING !!! WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND CLUB MAHINDRA TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS
