[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cheated by charging rs.74, 804 above all the charges | |||||
Hi, i am avinash from manipal, karnataka. Since i am a frequent traveller, i thought of taking some holiday membership. First thing which came to my mind is club mahindra. Called up the sales rep mr. Krishnanada from mangalore. I always had a good opinion about the cm. He explained different packages, i bought a clubmahindra membership (No. 2731623) of white studio in the month of december 2016. I was promised an iphone 6 (The offer was also shown in the internet). I had already complained about it, since it's already 6 months, and i didn't receive the product yet. In the month of february 2017, i had requested the sales executive mr. Krishnanada from mlore office to convert my white studio into a red studio and i would pay the full payment at once and had also paid the annual membership fees. (I have paid 5lakh for membership and 12 thousand for amf). No dues, no emi pending. Here i was not aware that mr. Krishna had made a new membership and my previous membership was pending and was not even cancelled. I was told that rs.55, 000 i had paid for the white studio had been adjusted to the red studio. But recently i got to know from the office that, it was never cancelled, and deduction of 2 emi of rs.8902 had been already deducted from my bank balance See here i feel cheated, because i have been promised an iphone6, i have not received. Rs.72, 804 has been deducted from my account without my notice. I have a good impression about the company and therefore I need an immediate action towards my problems. I have mailed all the proof which ever was requested. This is really getting worse. Everytime i complain i get a call from the executive within two days, after they hear my problems they never call back. Never thought that club mahindra would be so unprofessional.
