I took the membership in year 2021. From then till now multiple times when i go for booking, every time I get no room.
So I complained to the my contact person(who sales me the membership).
Finally I told him that i don't want you r service anymore as I never get to use that. So asked him to cancel my membership and give me full refund as i never used any service.
he said he has process my request and in 3 months I will get my refund. But it has been more that 3 months now and yet no refund.
