I have raised a complaint already a month ago but I have not got any satisfactory response from the team. Below is my complaint -
I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause Part C, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim FULL REFUND of the down payment Rs. 1, 46, 664/- under above mentioned clause. My member ID 2966513 is already generated on 25th December for which I raised a cancellation request on 26th December. I request you to cancel this ID and my membership. Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority and provide me the refund at the earliest.

My account showed suspicious activities and they refuse to reply by email. Their executives just speak pleasantries as trained. HORRIBLE EITHICS.
