I am not indent to write this complaint in a public forum, but the Club mahindra membership relationship team pushed me to do this.
Sales after service is the most important journey, but club mahindra team failed to delivers the quality service
I am not satisfied with the service and offers which has provided in club mahindra app, website and call center, i am not able to utilised the facility which you provided
case 1: if you try to book any property its not available in club mahindra app / website, it's available in other third party site like booking.com, make my trip etc... (attached sample)
case 2 : whenever I try to book a property, the property is not available / fully blocked by someone.
Case 3: property is available for only one day as per club mahindra portal, even though I booked for one day they are charging me for 2 days.
Case 4: myself and my spouse are working, my 2 kids are studying in school, so we try to book the property as per their school vacation, so we never able to you get any property on their vacations, no unable to use for ourself
Case 5: Anyhow, I am not able to use the benefits so I try to give the benefits to my friends or family under guest the app says currently it's not applicable for guests.
Case 6: I have paid the red studio membership payment 5 Lakhs +, in a single payment (non EMI), I am not able to get any benefits for that too
Case 7 : They charged the ASF amount first time I paid in 2021 dec 21 as Rs 17386, now they are asking to pay in 2022 dec 21 Rs. 18725.00 there is 10 % increment every year. approx its goes upto 1, 00, 000 They are collecting additional, by paying extra they are treating us like slaves.
Case 8 : if I deposited the 5 Lakhs + in Share / Mutual funds / bank FD I am able to generate good money out of it., i am able to book different property based on my requirement, with proper service
Case 9 : as per club mahindra website https://www.clubmahindra.com/grievance-redressal, they have mentioned the escalation matrix, I was followed their procedure and waited for more than 200+ days, but no revert received from the first escalation person so I started to send a followup on 205th day, now I got a revert from xyz person and asking for time for 45 days, I started follow up with escalation 2, I am not get revert with in 2 working days.
What should I do now ? I just ask what the cancellation procedure, how much I get refunded ?
Any one know about club mahendra cancellation policy ?
