Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken Club Mahindra Membership No 3023415 for 3 years '' by making down payment of Rs. 37, 707 on[protected].
However, I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership due to following reasons:
• I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my children's holidays. However, I find most of the resorts filled. I cannot go to holiday when my children have holidays in school.
• Club Mahindra representative have not intimated regarding White/Red/Purple Membership, which I came to know when I tried booking holidays in the month of Dec during holidays of my children.
• Club Mahindra representative have not intimated about booking of rooms based on the availability. I tried booking resort on various dates including weekends. However, I observed that all weekends are filled and only working days are vacant to be booked. Thus, Club Mahindra expects us to plan our holidays on the basis of the availability which is on working days and not on the basis of our leisure time. This may be due to limited resorts in comparison to number of members.
Hence, it is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.
