[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — club mahindra membership fraud | |||||
Dear team, I bought a club mahindra membership in month of march 2017. I joined with white studio plan with 10% down payment and 48 EMI plan. Even i made 1 st emi also. But due to some financial circumstances I was not able to continue this membership. As per club mahindra refund policy if a customer cancel his membership before verification call then he is eligible for full refund which he had paid. I have sent many requests to club mahindra member relation from the month of July in its regard, But I have not received my refund. Every time I mail for the money, I get a new date. As per company's policy I should get refund within 60 days. Club mahindra employees are more interested in earning more interest than satisfaction of their customers. I should not have to beg for my hard earned money but I have to do it from last 7-8 months I am very disappointed From Club Mahindra's service as it is a well known brand but the service I received is very cheap. After all this i send a email to CSO of club mahindra mr.Oneel verma and CEO & MD of club mahindra Mr. Kavinder singh. I am really very shocked because i didn’t get any reply from them. This situation is really stressing me out because I am in need for money. I am very depressed. Kindly help me.
