[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — club mahindra not giving gst invoice | |||||
Hi, I am a member of club mahindra. While paying their yearly maintenance i asked for gst invoice with my gstn on it so i can get the credit for it. But after a month of follow-up, plenty of reminders, and even after submitting form 25, they are not giving me gst invoice. Last year aug they did the same and after all my efforts they did not give me invoice with my gstn. Where can i complain about it? What is the way to get it?? I called them, wrote emails, and sent letters to their ho and regional office. This is their problem even when we go to their resorts. They do not give gst invoice with our gstn mentioned on it and we had to fight for it for weeks after coming back. What should we do?? Was this information helpful? | |||||
