Yesterday i got a call from ur company they said to me that i had win a price of 3 days and two nyt package and 2 book my show movie ticket... They had called me in comfort inn hotel lucknow... Executive s r forcing me to join ur membership but i said him that i don't want to join but they r not listening 3-4 executive came to me and forcing me to join.. They had not given any gift... U r not the good one then why u r forcing us and why u r saying that u had win this and that i[censored] r able to give then only call..in simple i want to say that u r fraud and cheaters too

    I have made many complaints on this, however, you guys are running from the situation to refund the amount. Now i don't want the membership of your company i want the amount to be refunded in my bank account.

    First complaint to club mahindra:-

    I don't understand why you guys running from the situation to refund the hard earned money. We are following up with people of club mahindra, and they are continuously asking us to wait for sometime to get the refund, but on the ground level, nothing is happening.

    We are especially getting assurance from mr. Mohan (Employee of the club mahindra) associated with the mobile number [protected] over the call that money will be refunded within a few days. But it's still pending and now he is avoiding our calls.

    We would request you to kindly arrange training sessions for all your employees so that they may understand how to handle the customers and what are the basic things which need to be fulfilled to satisfy customers.

    We would request to higher management folks to please look into the matter and align someone who can take the action on this matter, also help in getting the refund of my amount on high priority.

    We would like to give you a very small suggestion which will surely affect the business of any company, please take some futuristic decisions to make the refund process frictionless.

    2nd complaint to club mahindra:-
    I literally don't believe what kind of services you guys providing to the customers. We are continuously following up with you to settle down my concern towards the fake & fishly commitments by your team member.

    I have already given sufficient evidence to you, to investigate the matter, but you guys are always asking for more details & evidence from me. Club mahindra is a renowned brand and you people don't have the track records at your end, what kind of fake & fishly commitments/offers have been given to the customers.

    As you (Mr. Sandeep) requested again to share more details, please find the enclosed email which was sent through one of your team member for the above-mentioned offers. I hope this time, you would be able to resolve the matter on high priority.

    I am highly unhappy and unsatisfied member of club mahindra due to inefficiency & work culture. Kindly take some preventive steps to make your process frictionless else it's will surely impact the brand value of your company.

    We would request you to kindly help here to get the refund and compensation for mental harassment as well.

      I am Sameer Khedikar, Club Mahindra Membership ID 2811231.

      I was invited to ClubMahindra Gurgaon over phone, to which I visited along with my family . After spending an hour with an marketing executive . I was forced to convinced that I should take the membership. I asked him let us take a day to think over it and go through the product details and than we will take the decision. But, his aggressive marketing skills made us to take the membership on the spot, on 31 March 2018 by paying Rs 34830/- on the spot by credit card. They filled the form . payment was made immediately and was paid with an assurance that if not interested can cancel the contract with a call in the next ten days. Having cancelled the contract the next day itself, the executive guaranteed amount to be credited within 3 months . He gave wrong information regarding membership.
      Immediate next days I approached their office & emailed for cancellation & I was told that your refund will be paid in 90 days .I did not understand the reason for keeping my money for 90 days however I agreed with them but till date there is no refund has been received. The executive does not pick up the call now.
      After crossing those 90 days period, I have contacted many times to their various departments and they are giving various excuses that they did not received email for head office.
      This is such a mental trauma for me that in spite of cancelling within the said period these people are not releasing my payments

      This is such a terrible experience, I am extremely frustrated please do not choose Club Mahindra for spoiling your valuable vacations.

      I m really very disappointed from club Mahindra side .please help me out of these fraud people & to get my money back.

        This is regarding upgrading from studio to 1BR membership
        My member ID: 2662318
        Name Mohit Ghai (Red studio member)

        Recently, my co-applicant Tushar Chaudhary went on a holiday to Jim Corbett Club Mahindra resort. There he was offered to upgrade his membership to 1BR from red studio. He happily agreed to it and he referred me for the same.

        I was not with Mr Tushar at that time during the holiday so I was expecting a call from Mahindra to brief me on the same.

        I was unaware of the upgrade charges (plus annual maintenance fees for 1BR), neither I have received any calls from your end for verification or detailing.

        Since I have not receive any call from the relevant department, I called them to know the status. After calling, it came to my surprise that my studio membership has already been upgraded to 1BR without my consent.

        I feel its unprofessional, moreover we are three-member family so red studio membership is enough for us and the fees related to the upgrading plan is too high.

        I even wrote an email to member relations team regarding the same and after investigating the matter they have provided me the duly signed scanned copy of the agreement between me and club Mahindra as a proof o[censored]pgrade I was soo surprised to see my fake signatures on the upgrade form I was not even present in the resort at that time moreover I felt cheated by club Mahindra for such an behaviour which was not at all expected

        I will report this matter to consumer court for misusing my name for sale. I have also attached the upgrade form below which was shared by club Mahindra for your reference.

        I would request you not to upgrade my red studio to 1BR and would appreciate if I receive a call on this.

          I would like to bring to your notice the unfair cancellation policies of club mahindra. I had signed for a blue studio membership in april 2017 and the sales rep promised a couple of free holidays and service vouchers and such other freebies used as a sales tactic to blind the customer. However at no point during the sales pitch was i ever spoken about the absurd cancellation policy. I was told my membership would start from from the date i clear my 9 emi's and in the meanwhile i could use the free holiday packages offered as part of the deal. I made a down payment of 26000rs and agreed on the auto debit of emis thru my credit card. But then agent asked me to send a check for realeasing two emis as my credit card was expiring in octoberbut2017 subject to renewal. I did send the cheque and without prior information he converted it to ecs. Subsequentlytwo emi of rs 6882 in may and june were paid and in august i send them a mail regarding cancellation due to big financial drop down at my home. After sending an email to stop my ecs on [protected]@clubmahindra.com, i dint received any response until the next ecs date, all i received was auto generated mails. My repeat mail also received auto generated emails. I have not used a single service/holiday from them... Why should i let go of my hard earned money because of their absurd cancellation policies. Their heads are saying that this money cannot be returned back, this is imhuman they are inspite of giving them whole details regarding financial drop they did are not ready to return the money. Clearly a wonderful way to cheat people and make money. Would request the concerned to kindly help me get my money back.

          As per their request, I had sent them details of my membership and I received a call today. But, club mahindra representative denied for the refund inspite of describing the whole case again and they are not ready to co-operate.In such scenario what should I do as I have not availed any of their service. According to their rule, membership starts after 9 EMIs are paid, I do not understand how they are unable to refund my hard earned money. Such Clubs should be band who just know to cheat people and make money out of it.

            We took a club mahindra membership around 6 months back. Product was sold to us with multiple promises of different benefits. As we proceeded further, we had many questions for which we wanted to reach out later to the sales and the customer team but with no benefit. They very conveniently put my credit card number for the emi option which we opted initially to make my payment. Though i categorically told and gave a cancelled cheque with account details for making the emi from my account, they put my credit card details for the same without my permission. Then later for many reasons when we tried to reach out to them, we didn't got any suitable resolution. Later again when we opted to reach out to them, nobody had the courtesy to revert back. However, this thing continued and we completed initial down-payment of rs.28000/- and another 3 months of emi payment month after month. We remembered the sales guy telling us that after initial 3 months of payment, if we opt to exit for certain reason and we would not have availed any service, we can opt to exit. He also went ahead to gave us an example of a customer who got his money back when he decided to exit. Then finally one day because of certain personal reasons, we also decided to exit after payment of the initial down payment of 28000 and then subsequently around 9000 rupees for next 3 months which accounted to total of rs.58000/-. And mind it, that till now we have not utilised any of their services including the complimentary ones. Now the member relations team is asking us to change the plan to premium ones which we can't afford and the current plan do not suit is. Considering that we are not interested to continue. They told us that we have to forfeit 100% of our paid money for this or buy a premium plan which will suit our holiday requirements. My question is why should we forfeit our money when we have nothing tangible in our hand and we have not utilised any of their product. Our money is hard earned, we can't let lose of this like anything. It takes a lot to earn that money and we cannot afford to lose it. If any concerned authority is listening to us, please help us get back our money. Policy for exit should be reframed.

            My worst experience ever dealing with such a worst company. These people are thieves. They are rogues. Robbing people of their money in return of nothing. Sales guys are the worst in the world. Member relations team is uncivilized, highly rude and mannerless. I shall put this complaint up all over social media and spread it across. In the process of filing a complaint for harrassment. Srinivasan and team, be ready for a litigation coming your way soon. Do not low estimate the power of your consumers.

                This is in continuation of my club mahindra holidays complaint number[protected] where i have been fighting for last 40 days for cancellation and refund of my membership.

                I am not receiving any call backs from the company despite my multiple calls and follow ups. I am always asked for more time and no conclusive response. Now after so much of follow up i receive a mail from. Club mahindra asking for 20-25 days more for the refund.

                This is just not acceptable as this would impact my credit score due to my overdue outstanding. Besides who would be responsible for the penal interest i would pay?

                The refund has to be on an immediate basis as this is a genuine request and club m has already taken a lot more than a month on the case. Resorting to social media appears to be the only option as that is the only time i receive positive reaponse from club mahindra

                  This is with regards the membership plans offered by your prestigious clubs.
                  Two of your employees from dehradun branch :-
                  Mr ankit (+[protected]
                  Mr abhishek (+91 [protected])

                  Sold me false services in the name of your elite club. They took 3 cheques of rs 10669 (Rs 32007 in total) and a sum of rs 28758 from debit card transaction. They promised me to provide two trips for 6 adults of 5day/6nights and 7days/8nights respectively. When i contacted your clubs customer services they told that we dont entertain such services as told to you by those salesperson. They must have sold you a membership plan of rs 4, 18, 300./ for 25 years. When i tried to confronted those two on phone calss. They told me to tell the company that "those two sold me the membership but they will provide me with the services they promised". If your club actually provide such services then please resolve my confusion and if i am scammed here then please provide with my respective refund and a compensation of rs 5000./ for the same as earliest as possible, otherwise i will be bound to file a case against your employees and your company in consumer court. Waiting for your reply.

                    False commitments by the sales persons and not even concerned by mrd jaipur, totally dissatisfied by the services even after spending so much on this membership.
                    I have filed complaints lot of time to them but no action was taken as yet.
                    I purchased this membership by totally fraud commitments by their sales team and thus either want my money refund or need to take some strong action to resolve the issue.

                        On 16th august, i have telephonicaly requested the club mahindra to reserve studio at manali from 11 the november to 15 november. I was told that as it is a purple season it is not possible to book the studio on our desaired date.
                        It is my usuall exaperiece that my request for reservation though well in advance have often turned down. The customer pays rs 15000 as asf.
                        Then what is the use of giving rs.15000 and having the membership.

                        Please look into the matter and reply positively.
                        If not replied, i will approach the consumer court.

                          I had a voucher for 2 n of club mahindra, i have not done any booking on that. Suddenly i received message that your booking is confirmed for 2 n 3 days at shimla.

                          I have not booked anything.

                          Now my voucher code is showing that you have a booking from 25 aug-27 aug.
                          I have not booked it. I cannot go on these days.

                          I dont know how to cancel it. There is no option of cancellation on their site.

                          This is complete fraud!!!

                          My only concern is that this voucher is for date 25-Aug-2018 and that is tomorrow and i can confirm that nobody is travelling fro my Family to shimla on this voucher.

                            Hello!
                            I have bought the membership of mahindra club on june 2018 (Blue with studio). I had received a complementary stay for 4days 3 nights as a perk. We had booked madikeri resorts, coorg, karanataka. As it was complementary we had booked 1 br cottage there. But due to land slides coorg had been shut down but we were already at banglore airport and hence we asked for other options. As a result, we had to go to ooty. We got a booking for studio in derby green resorts, ooty, tamil nadu. As we were 4 people and had previously booked a 1 br we needed an extra bed. Inspite of our inconvenience at coorg we had to settle down for ooty and 1500rs extra bed charges per/day were lavid. Also, only on the first day they arranged and assembled it for us... Other days we had to do it ourselves. Yet we were charged 4500 for 3 days.
                            Other complaints are such that the food was worst (Tasteless) yet very costly. Actiity centres were closed down too early. (Is it expected that we should leave roaming around tourist spots and sit at the activity area all day cuz it closes early in eve?)

                            The property is equal to any other 3 star logde or resort and easily available at affordable price with lot more perks. What is the benefit of being a member of club mahindra remains a big question mark as it failed to make a positive first impression over us. We were asked to refer c. M to other frns n families but if such is the case how can we refer c. M membership to people.
                            Please check if you can refund with the charges of the extrabed and also take me n my families review in consideration.

                              I am a new member with club mahindra. Unfortunately my initial experience with a supposed to be world class organisation is extremely sad.

                              Some person keeps calling me for validating my account and is unable to resolve my issues and make necessary corrections. I am surprised that a name correction can take 2 months.co applicant also spelt wrong. And inspite of giving all the valid proof. To top it all the sales person who is behaving like a typical salesperson of not acknowledging my calls and now ignoring me to sort out corrections which have been made at data entry stage by your poovar office.
                              To add to it all even my rci membership is spelt wrongly.

                              Club mahindra had been chasing me since last ten years to take up a membership. And now when i finally have really streched myself to take up a white membership with full payment, i really and truly regret my decision of taking up the membership.

                              I request you to kindly refund my membership amount as i can't see any hope of a fruitful long term relationship with your organisation.

                              Above is my mail to cm. O which i received no response. I then posted the same on their fb page. After which i received a mail in response that they would refund my amount in full and that the process takes 90 days.

                              I have made a full payment of 3.6lacs+ and see no reason why my refund should take long. The errors were all from their side. They were unable to comply with the services. It is absolutely no fault of mine. Why should i be bearing the loss of interest on such a large amount of mine.

                              If their systems are capable of creatind a membership id and shooting out a mail in a couple of hours, why cant a refund process be as simple. Why should i wait for 3 months.

                              Request cm to pay out my refund immediately.

But today i received a call from bhopal club mahindra local office. That they want to know why emi bounced. What is happening. My membership is in cancellation mode or not??? Why you are processing emi. Please clear. Please refund my amount which i payed to you while i decided for membership sum of amount is 25830 on dated 2.07.2018.                                   I have enrolled for club mahindra membership on 30th of dec – 2017 at kochi, club mahindra resort. The membership application form number is oct/2017/25yrs/189453. I have also paid the down payment of rupees 37, 200 through my credit card. My membership has got confirmed on 2nd jan – 2018 and the membership id is 2796670. However, i canceled my enrollment and membership with club mahindra on 2nd jan 2018. After repeating attempt with the customer care and local branch, they have agreed that my membership is canceled and i will get the refund. However, the refund is not done for the past 8 months.

                                  Note1: i have sent the cancellation request to the corporate office (Chennai and mumbai) through speed post.
                                  Note 2: attached the credit card bill and the membership registration form copies.

                                    I feel i have lost my entire money which i have paid to club mahindra with no returns at all. Honestly, as a customer, i feel i have been cheated by the organization

                                      I had booked club mahindra le poshe kodaikanal from 21st august to 23rd august but due to natural calamities in kerala our flight scheduled changed and instead we are checking in on 23rd august and checking out on 26th august.
                                      On request to club mahindra they told us that no rooms are available. One of my friend who is not a member of club mahindra easily got the room and i being a member even after paying 5 lakhs for membership do not get privilege to change our dates due to natural calamities. This is not expected from club mahindra. My membership id 2681055

                                        I was going thru similar complaints faced by many consumers and was wondering why not put it on newspaper headlines... Fraudulent practices by mahindra group... So that we stop this nonsense activity by club mahindra and make them aware of ethics in business

                                        I had been approached by cm executive for membership and i availaed of red club paying a total of rs 135000 to date. They gave me complimentary 7 days stay which i availed at jim corbett resort

                                        However the stay was pathetic and i was not alloted the promised room, swimming pool was dirty, food was pathetic and my kids had food infection and so due to all this i decided to cancel my membership as nothing was up to the mark of what i was paying. The nearby resorts werere better compared to rates cm was charging.

                                        I have written to cm to refund my balance after deducting the charges for 5 days stay (I am not charging for inconvenience of not alloting a promised room) which to date has not been received

                                        Note the food inside the resort is 5 star charges but quality is that of road side dhaba... Full of oil... And the swimming is full of green algae, there is no gym, no threadmill and only cycle is avaialbe for which they chares 300 per hour... Billiards table also is charegable... So waht kind of fun are they providing

                                        Request you to arrange to get my refund and ntake action so that honest taxpayers money is not cheated by cm.

                                        The sales guys should mention the food rates and recreation facilities rates which if know nobody would subscribe to their club

                                        Am not sure if Club mahindra thinks that let the Consumer go to Dogs even they raise a complaint on this forum as nothing is going to harm them by a singlecomplaint such as mine and they have not bothered to resolve the same
                                        I received 2 calls from some COnsumer greivance cell and all had to know what exactly happened and to add salt to injury every month i am getting reminders to pay the pay the monthly membership amount although i have informed the finance over the phone that i have requested cancellation of membership.

                                        What is the meaning of sending reminders for payment of EMI and yearly maintenance when in turn i am requesting a refund..

                                        I waited for sufficient time before posting again on this site and now i am going to keep on doing this and also tap the top management into this when i have built my case after numerous correspomdemce...Probably the Club would be liable to pay me interest for delay in refund and mental harrasment in sending reminders to pay EMI on membership fees.

                                        Dear Club Mahindra team ..if you can play delay games i can do, but at your cost ...So lets enjoy this and see who wins the trophy in the end.
