Thank you very much for making a such a good show PEHREDAR, I Love your show. Its really give us power to raise our voice against Corrupt or bed Companies who forget their services after selling products.
I Pradip Kumar belongs from Allahabad, U.P, I want lodge complaint against Club Mahindra Holidays.In May 2015, on approach od Mahindra Holidays&Resorts India Ltd, Allahabad Franchise I was agree to take Club Mahindra Membership for 25 years with Member ID 2634983 given by them and thereby a relation of customer and service provider was established beetween club mahindra and me.
I had paid Rs.27200/-in cash following with ECS of Rs.8468/- on month of July nd august, 2015, total Rs.44136/-.
In August2015, I contacted to Alld unit of Club Mahindra Holidays&Resorts for a holiday trip at Nawalgarh and Udaipur between 22nd to 26th October 2015.They informed me orally that there is nothing to worry and as soon as the ECS amount of month of september, 2015 will be paid I shall proceed to book club mahindra resorts on the aforesaid spot.Thereafter, I obtained journey cum reservation tickets of Indian railways from Allahabad to udaipur, followed by Nawalgarh and returning to Allahabad.I also purchages many essiancial cloths, goods nd things for journey and holiday.Thereafter, I went to club mahindra alld franchise for normal enquiry and booking of the Resorts.But I got shocked to know that Nawalgarh Resort of club mahindra was not available by that time and the aforesaid information was also confirm by the circle head.Now I was little nervous b'coz as I am a member of Club Mahindra, there was no any email or call information about Nawalgarh resort to me by club mahidra.After thath I asked them to booked Udaipur resort for the due date bt they totelly refused my request.I was vry diappointed all about the wrong commetment.Indeed my believe was bursted that I had cheated by a reputed company and their empolyee.
Thereafter, I hand sent complaine by E-mails to club mahindra as on 02.10 15, 07.10.15, 06.12.15, 19.01.16, 03.02.16, & 14.09.16 to cancled my membership and refund my money.
Lastly I made a Legal Notice to club mahindra for all about unfair trade practice and deficiency in providing service(as defined under the consumer protection act, 1986).
Dear sir, I kindly request you to look after all the matter properly, so that no one can cheated by an company or person by wrong commitment.
