These documents provide evidence of my legitimate claim for a refund and the unresponsiveness I have encountered from Club Mahindra's customer support team.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter and seek your assistance in resolving the unnecessary delay and non-compliance displayed by Club Mahindra.
