Club Mahindra Holidays — complaint non commitment of benefits n feature time of booking and not followed after payment

Wrong commitment at time of booking membership. After payment commitment changed. Approx.55 mailed to all concern but nobody sorted out problem. Even after delay paper commitment showing but on basis of commitment at time of booking n taking cash not not told. All executive totality negative approach. My so many query not solved till today. I fade up for club mahindra membership can anybody solve
