[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — complimentary voucher | |||
I was called to Hotel Bella Vista, Sec 5, Panchkula, on October 26, 2014, along with my wife to collect the complimentary three days, two nights gift voucher. But as soon as I told the travel adviser that I had attended the presentation two years back he immediately told me that the voucher could not be given as per company policies. I felt bad as we took out time for the meeting and in the end we were rudely told that the voucher could not be given. We asked the travel adviser that if we had not spoken the truth, then we would have got the voucher, to which he said yes. Besides, he told us that there was no check system. We even contacted your office in Elante Mall, but no response was generated from the incharge there, who was in no mood to give a proper response to it. We are shocked to receive such a bad and indifferent response from a company like Mahindra. If I don't get a reply from your side even now then I would speak out my mind through the newspaper column as I am a journo. Was this information helpful? | |||
