Our membership number is 37303. I had called Mr. Abdul who is assigned as our relationship manager His cell number is [protected] to book holiday for month of December for Pondicherry resort as all the help line numbers were buzy as always. He spoke to us and took the booking request and assured for booking. Normally we get message and email for confirmation of holiday. i didn't get any confirmation from club mahindra so i called their help line number to check. To my shock the booking was not done and there is no request too for the same. when I tried to place request with another customer care person she said their is no availability. It was very disappointed service. Pathetic customer care . we had to cancel everything for no fault o[censored]s.
