Case Number[protected] Your Club Mahindra Membership
I have been a dissatisfied customer of Club Mahindra and haven't used their services for past 2 years due to non-availability of resorts, poor quality of resorts and amount charged in the resorts for different activities.
The amount they charge as Annual Subscription fees keeps on increasing year after year.
Below is one of the emails I send to Club Mahindra Employee Mr. Mayur Bhujpal

I am firm in cancelling my membership with ' the great memorable holiday maker' Club Mahindra.
In next 2 working days please send me the following document as mentioned in SI No:1 below and clarification with detailed reply for SI.No: 2-4 :
1. The contract signed by me which mentions the below terms and conditions as mentioned in your email dated 18/06/2023.
2. What is the ASF I have paid till date?
3. What is Pro rated Entitlement Fees?
4. What is 'Cost of White Goods Delivered' ?
Club Mahindra, I don't intend to waste any more money with you, please don't dream of dragging the issue and reply to this mail beyond July 1st with the idea of charging me the ASF for one more year.
Further it would be my earnest desire to make your company policies which you have stated to me below public as to warn my fellow citizens not to fall in the trap to Club Mahindra.

These guys hasn't bothered to reply back neither they are sending a confirmation of cancellation. They are not responding to my emails neither to the mails from Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
