Club Mahindra Holidays — Days Lapsed during covid which I have paid asf for

Hi, i bought club mahindra studio, white membership from 1/1/12to 31/12/36. Number 2150811. I am an NRI and couldn’t travel
—-first due to covid restrictions[protected]
—-Second I was pregnant and was advised not to travel. then due to second third covid wave.
—-I wrote to Club Mahindra and did not get a resolution for my query on lapsed inventory of 21 days all paid time except that they can try for approval after my current days are used. Even though I
said I cannot travel due to restrictions. I had been paying my ASF till then.
——in 2022 I booked tickets to India, and holiday with CM, but visa for my child was and has still not been given by Home Office citing delay due to prioritising Ukraine peoples visa.
——so holidays cannot be booked by me for unforeseen time due to a war. And Club Mahindra does not care about condition of a pregnant woman or the plight of war; except to state their terms and conditions. I am told to keep paying fees even though they do not return my 21 days days plus it will be 7 more days lapse after December2022. in 2017 too they lapsed days saying they had messaged days will lapse. So even after writing to grievance cell there is no reply from managers. customer service replied that these are terms that the days will get lapsed. So what am i expected to do travel during covid or without visa?? If i had visa i would book but anyway it does not allow me as i have not paid annual fee.
