Dear sir, today I have received 13 (THIRTEEN) spam mails from Club Mahindra through [protected]@connectinboxx.com. My repeated complaints to them have not yielded any reply, Hence they are Club Spammer Holidays.

    Hi Concern,

    I am not indent to write this complaint in a public forum, but the Club mahindra membership relationship team pushed me to do this.

    Sales after service is the most important journey, but club mahindra team failed to delivers the quality service

    I am not satisfied with the service and offers which has provided in club mahindra app, website and call center, i am not able to utilised the facility which you provided

    case 1: if you try to book any property its not available in club mahindra app / website, it's available in other third party site like booking.com, make my trip etc... (attached sample)

    case 2 : whenever I try to book a property, the property is not available / fully blocked by someone.

    Case 3: property is available for only one day as per club mahindra portal, even though I booked for one day they are charging me for 2 days.

    Case 4: myself and my spouse are working, my 2 kids are studying in school, so we try to book the property as per their school vacation, so we never able to you get any property on their vacations, no unable to use for ourself

    Case 5: Anyhow, I am not able to use the benefits so I try to give the benefits to my friends or family under guest the app says currently it's not applicable for guests.

    Case 6: I have paid the red studio membership payment 5 Lakhs +, in a single payment (non EMI), I am not able to get any benefits for that too

    Case 7 : They charged the ASF amount first time I paid in 2021 dec 21 as Rs 17386, now they are asking to pay in 2022 dec 21 Rs. 18725.00 there is 10 % increment every year. approx its goes upto 1, 00, 000 They are collecting additional, by paying extra they are treating us like slaves.

    Case 8 : if I deposited the 5 Lakhs + in Share / Mutual funds / bank FD I am able to generate good money out of it., i am able to book different property based on my requirement, with proper service

    Case 9 : as per club mahindra website https://www.clubmahindra.com/grievance-redressal, they have mentioned the escalation matrix, I was followed their procedure and waited for more than 200+ days, but no revert received from the first escalation person so I started to send a followup on 205th day, now I got a revert from xyz person and asking for time for 45 days, I started follow up with escalation 2, I am not get revert with in 2 working days.

    What should I do now ? I just ask what the cancellation procedure, how much I get refunded ?

    Any one know about club mahendra cancellation policy ?

      I got a call from Club Mahindra on 17th December stating there is an event organised in Country Inn Manipal on 18th for some special guests from Kia family.
      Later he did continuous follow up on this and we had attended the event and promised 3 nights 2 days complimentary for attending the event.

      I have done enough number of followups and now he is not responding and disconnecting.

      I wonder how can such a great company with great names make fool out of innocent people.

      Definitely with proofs am going to tag few great names with this issue.

      Extremely disappointed.

        Hi Team,
        I had taken th club Mahindra membership for 3 years on Nov 26th 2022, but due to unforeseen circumstances I am forced to cancel my membership at this point as I have lost my job and I am affected financially because of that. So Kindly cancel my membership and initiate the refund as early as possible as we are in need of the money.

        Above was the mail I sent after I couriered the letter[Requesting to cancel with all the information to chennai office] with the payment receipt details and the xerox of the member application form. I sent it on December 3rd to cancel it but yet they haven't provided any update, everytime when I ask customer care they say they will get back but no response yet. Got a message on December 5th to add bank details in a link but the link didn't have any option to add the bank details.

          1. My original Email request dt. Oct 13, 2022, for a FIRM MATTRESS made to CM Assonora Reservations
          2. REMINDER Email dt. Oct 17, 2022, to respond sent to CM Assonora Reservations with cc to MemberExperience
          3. Email confirmation from Samol Manerker, Manager Front Office, CM Assonora, dt. Oct 17, 2022, confirming availability of FIRM BED MATTRESS
          4. Email dt. Oct 23, 2022, requesting Samol to replace the Mattress in my Room No. 1009 and his email dt. Oct 23, 2022 confirming that the replacement would be done.
          5. After the Mattress "replacement" was completed by the staff, i sent a Complaint Email to Samol at 11:52pm on Oct 23 2022, informing him that a Plywood sheet was inserted under the quilt to serve as a "FIRM MATTRESS". Pictures of Plywood sheet sent in referred Email attached to this Email for reference.
          6. I further sent an Email to MemberExperience on Oct 23, 2022, which was received at 00:00:59 on Oct 24, 2022., with the same Complaint info described in detail. Pictures of Plywood sheet sent in referred Email attached to this Email for reference.
          7. In response, I received an Email from MemberExperience dt Oct 24, 2022, with the info that My service request/ticket number assigned was: [protected] and that they needed time for a resolution.
          8. REMINDER Email dt. Oct 30-2022, was sent to MemberExperience informing them that NO ACTION w.r.t. Ticket No. [protected] was taken as yet.
          9. Email response received form Ankita Gopnarayan, MemberExperience Management Team, dt. Oct 30, 2022, informed me that more time was needed for a resolution and My NEW service request/ticket number assigned was [protected].
          10. As I was not satisfied with the TAT for resolving the pending issue, I sent an Email dt Nov 02, 2022, requesting MemberExperience to send me the Escalation Matrix, so that I could escalate my grievance.
          11. I received an Email response from Sagar Gamare, MemberExperience Management Team, on Nov 03, 2022, along with the assignment of a THIRD service request/ Ticket number:-[protected], informing me that they were still working on my "query" and with no commitment on the TAT for my COMPLAINT.

          The date today is Dec 20, 2022, which is more than TWO MONTHS from my first Email to CM, Assonora.

          Issue was escalated to Mr. Sanjay Haria and Ms. Meghana Desai. No written response from either person - only telephone calls from their reps assuring me that Club Mahindra would change their approach in future.

          Very flaky response from their reps!!!

            I am getting daily SPAM mails from Club Mahindra Holidays, sometimes three times a day just like a doctor's orders. They have hired [protected]@connectinboxx.com to do their dirty job.
            Can you please take up the matter with his cheap company

              I want to cancel this membership as its been 6 years and still i was not able to book a single night in their resorts it is because of lack of availability of rooms. i am frustrated now and want to cancel it. i want full refund of around Rs 5 lakh +

                Good evening Sir, Myself Mr. Siddharth Tupkar, member id[protected]. Recently, myself along with my family members visited club Mahindra, Pratap Niwas Palace, Udaipur. So we, a family of four were accomodated in a room which had a lot of issues. The housekeeping delayed in getting us empty cups for having tea, by almost 40 minutes and we had to call them repeatedly. Secondly, The soap dispenser of the room wasnt functioning from the very day we checked in . Despite informing the housekeeping repeatedly, nothing was done regarding the same, the next morning causing a lot of inconvenience to us and also throughout the day and the issue went unattended. When we returned the resort in the evening after almost 12 hours, still it wasn't done. Very annoying experience. Extremely disappointed with all the services, may it be housekeeping, may it be dining, room service, housekeeping.

                  It is with great disappointment that I write to you.

                  I became a member on 1st OCT 2021, member ID 2957235.

                  At the time of becoming a member I got food vouchers of Rs 17000 and at that time I was not aware, nor anyone told me about the validity of the vouchers. I was told over an email and also verbally by your salespeople Manjeet Rathod and Sandip Bidkar that those points will be credited to me after I make the payment of 6th EMI.
                  Soon after I got a joining email from Club Mahindra where it stated that points are valid for one year.
                  Reading this I was concerned that how can the validity of the vouchers start when I have not yet received them. time and again I check on my member login @club did not see those vouchers anywhere. Yet again I checked with sales team Manjeet, and he reaffirmed that I would get these vouchers only after the 6th EMI is credited.
                  Naturally I understood that the validity of the points can only start when I receive them and that is when I make my 6th EMI which is in April 2022.

                  It was shocking for me to understand that those points expired, and no one bothered to even warn me in advance. No communication either on your website on my account, nor any email from the club.

                  I now humbly request you to credit those points with an expiry of April 2023.

                  I have shared all the details in many many emails to your customer care team and they should be aware of the full story.
                  I hope you will treat this as one of the cases and address my grievance.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I'm not at all satisfied with club mahindra membership services due to the following reasons:

                    (1) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and family members' holidays. However, I find most of the resorts filled even when I look for dates post 3 or 4 months. All the resorts shows available on other websites.
                    We are credited 7 days per year. Now we are a family of 5. So they said we have to book 2 STU/BRs per day. So once we select 3 days with 2 STUs per day, they count it as 6 days utilized.
                    Basically, we all can never use more than 3.5 days in a year or go on holiday when and where my family prefers. However I was not aware of this fact as I was misrepresented by a Club Mahindra sales representative. The relationship manager missed a lot of the things which we are now informed during holiday bookings and he doesn't even respond to our queries now.

                    (2) I have paid more than 1.7 Lakh to Club Mahindra including ASF but I do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through Make My Trip, fee charged is too much.

                    (3) They say, cost of stay is included under the membership. But in reality
                    Food is too costly. Per person buffet is somewhere like Rs. 650-750.
                    Generally other hotels offer complimentary breakfast and reasonable meals, here cost of meal at Club Mahindra is very high. There are almost no other options available for dining except Club Mahindra. Thus, in a day, one will end up spending something like Rs.[protected] per day for a family of 5.

                    It is my sincere desire to surrender this Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

I go alone at presentation at hotel grand but Mr Amit not entertainment me in there presentation bcz i was alone. So it is your policy to come with wife ? I totally disappointed with your executive behaviour in future i will not go with club Mahindra Holidays and even I will stop to my friends who a plan to join in club Mahindra Holidays member ship. Please call me so I can explain in brief.

                          We were called for a 45 min presentation to go over their holiday plan and were promised a 2.5 day free stay at one of Club Mahindra resorts. I called club Mahindra customer service to confirm that these people are not a scam and they confirmed their identities. Then after attending their session which was more than double the time they suggested, they asked me to now send them a code after which they will email me the gift stay. I gave them the code which was 3519. I tried calling them few times they didn't care to respond and.never gave me the free holiday stay promised. They may have used the code and given my free stay to some of their friends looks like. They have done something with it but not given us our due. Either Club Mahindra itself is a cheater and shameless company or their representatives are cheaters.

                            Their representative initially gave the bliss plan of Club Mahindra in month of November 2022. At tht time he told me tht v mY withdraw my membership at any time in case of any problem. When I approached them in last week of November for my plan to visit Kathmandu, they refused by saying I would be eligible from January 2023. Then again I approached them with different destination Ahmedabad. But tht time too they said it would tke time to get approval.
                            So after fed up with their unprofessional attitude and behavior I requested them through mail 20 days ago to cancel my membership and to refund 62, 500/- immediately as tht payment was done through credit card of my wife. But they just kept on mailing they are looking into it. After 4-5 mails when I threatened to go to higher authorities against them they simply replied tht due to their conditions of policy they couldn't refund my huge amount of 62500. However as I said earlier their representative assured me at the time taking payment tht I may get the refund at any time in case not satisfied with the plan.
                            Please do something against such cheaters and arrange to refund my hard earning money of 62500.

                            I find the complaint has been marked as resolved has Club Mahindra refunded the money.
                            I refer to my email messages of 16th and 20th February and 20th March, 2023 regarding cancellation/termination of my membership with you and regret to note that there is no written confirmation for the same.

                            Please note that on 13th January, 2023, I had taken the policy by making a part payment of Rs.35, 950/-. At that time, there was no proper guidance given to me regarding loss/damages of cancellation of membership. It was only explained to me that total amount of Rs.1, 33, 750/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) will have to be paid by me under GOZEST for three years and out of this amount, a part payment of Rs.35, 950/- was made by me through credit card. The balance payment of Rs.97, 992/- was to be paid in EMI of Rs.8, 166/- for twelve months.

                            Due to some financial crisis and family responsibilities, I could not continue the membership and pay the premium and therefore, I decided to discontinue the membership.

                            Please refer to Clause 7.2 of Application Form, where it is mentioned that “In the event of such cancellation of CMGZM, Admission Fees amounting to 60% of the Membership Fee shall not be refunded and only the Entitlement Fees amounting to 40% of the Membership Fee is refundable, subject to deductions …….”.

                            I am unable to pay the EMIs due to the reasons stated above and therefore, request you to refund an amount of 40% from Rs.35, 950/-, which was paid by me and oblige.

                              I am Red Club mahindra member. I was unable to travel in 2020 due to Covid and 2021 due to my pregnancy and the fear of catching covid during my pregnancy.
                              On 7/11/22 I noticed they lapsed my days so I spoke with a club mahindra customer care person[protected] and they told me to utilize my days so they can credit my days back. I booked 3 sets of holidays inspite of many times holidays close to home are unavailable. It is not possible to go for holidays more then that.On 1/12/22 I called them requesting to re credited my holidays as they said they would.After which I spoke with them repeatedly requesting them to re credit my days. Conversation ID [protected] made with Patricia from Club mahindra team on 5/12/22. They have refused to re credit my days and it is highly upsetting. It is not in our control if Covid and Pregnancy did not allow us to travel. This experience has been terrible.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have been receiving Spam mail from club Mahindra Holidays. I wonder how to stop them. I checked on their home page there is no mention about how to contact them except by giving your mobile No and email ID thus giving them the right to them to SPAM you even more. It comes as a shock to see a company of Mahindra group spamming people.
                                I hope Mr Anand Mahindra notes this and / or sheds his goody goody image.

                                  Dear Madam/Sir,
                                  I had enrolled on 30/08/2022 by paying the initial down payment of Rs.56, 884/- acknowledged by the company by receipt. The member ID assigned to us is 2988134. Subsequently, the first EMI of Rs.7680/- was paid on 07/11/2022.
                                  However, we decided to discontinue the membership due to medical reason (report send to club mahindra team) in family and I wrote to the company on 09/11/2022 after activating membership on 01/11/22, requesting them to terminate my membership and confirm it by an email or a letter along with refund of the full amount paid, as we have not availed any of their services till now. The company keeps on sending sms asking me to pay the annual charges. I am afraid they will collect the monthly EMI as we had agreed for auto debit to the credit card.
                                  The salesperson who informed me about the company and their plans, as well as their executives who call me, are telling me that no refund will be received, as it is the policy of the company. After reading the various posts on your website, I am hopeful that my hard-earned money will be received from the company. Please help me to get a letter/email saying my membership is terminated, and MOST IMPORTANT, PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE REFUND OF THE FULL AMOUNT PAID (Rs.65, 00/-) FROM THE COMPANY for medical emergency in family.

                                    Club Mahindra Bliss Membership is a scam

                                    Mahindra club membership is a massive SCAM!!! If you are considering becoming a member please think 10 times before you give your hard earned money to these scamsters.

                                    My mother was sold the Bliss package for 1.5Lac rupees. Since she could not bear the cost she requested me to become the co-owner of the membership.                                     Cancelation of CM membership

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I have been to a presentation today in chennai, conducted by Club Mahindra in the Lakshmi Tata showroom. We have been told to get a complimentary for this. Once we had been there, we were asked about financial abilities with wife by my side in public, and were forced to opt for a membership program. And paid Rs. 62347 for this and put into a debt of 2.6 lakhs for 2 years.
