[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — delay in cancellation/refund of the membership fee

This is about 23rd nov, 2019 when i was fooled by one of the club mahindra executive, the guy named hemant made so many false promises and made me swipe my credit card for 30, 000 inr to buy the club mahindra membership, the location was iitf, (Trade fair) new delhi.
1. I was told that i can make booking the very next day after paying this amount which was not true and later i was told that i will have to pay 3 more emis first before i can book their property even for 1 night.
2. I was about to get married on nov 28, so thought of buying the membership, but when i was told that i have to pay 3 more emis before i can book even a single night, i felt cheated and thought of withdrawing the membership the very next day.
3. When i tried to reach out to the guy who sold me (Hemant) the membership, he told me that its simply not possible and i wouldn't get my money back. I then tried to reach the member experience team, and after so many attempts and email conversations, they finally agreed to cancel the membership and return my money in 90 working days.
4. This whole process was very tiring and disgusting, i had sent an email to them on mon, 25th nov 2019 to cancel my membership and after so many calls and emails which was a very bad experience talking to so many people and explaining so many times and requesting again and again to cancel, they finally agreed on dec 26 (After one month), and sent me an email that the cancellation is being processed and will take 90 working days and refund will also be processed within same time.
6. Today is 17th apr (More than 3.5 months, 26th dec-17th apr) and i haven't got any refund till now and when i followed up, i got a reply saying that it will take another 25 working days and then 2 more weeks to complete the process.
7. Why does it take so long to process the refunds? Even after waiting for 90 working days, why is it now taking another 25+15 days?
8. This overall process of the communication with different people associated with club m and things taking so long time, makes me feel real bad and cheated.
9. They don't take even 10 mins when you buy the membership and don't even let you read the terms and conditions. If the process of enrolling for the membership is so fast, why the process of cancellation is so slow and disgusting?
10. Shame on you club mahindra, i never had such a bad customer experience in my whole life, thats the reason i had to write this all bad about you.
