[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — delay in refund of membership fee | |||
I, aadesh gupta, membership id 2839790 had taken membership of club mahindra on 2 oct 2018 and made payment of 1, 96, 650 through credit card. I called representative of co. To cancel my membership on 3 oct 2018, but he bluntly refused and replied in harsh manner. After searching various sites i got e - mail address of that co. Where i gave letter for cancellation of membership on 10 oct 2018. I still have not got my payment as the stipulated time is over. I want my money back with interest and this whole thing has caused us great mental tension.in spite of repetitive e mails i have not got money. The form which i signed has stated that money will b refunded within 30 days. But it is overtime and the co. Is enjoying our hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
