[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Denial of reservation at Mahabaleshwar | |||
I am Club Mahindra Red Studio member. On 0!.09.2015 I sent the mail with the request to reserve rooms at Mahabaleshwar resort for 18.12.2015. as per the season calender of the Club Mahindra, it is in 'red' season. The member relation do not bother to take action in the stipulated 'two working' days. Two days later I requested for the status of my reservation request the member relation executive Ms. Suganya immediately calls me saying 'sorry' for non unavailability of rooms. It is my season why I shouldn't be getting rooms her reply was, 'it was holiday rush, you should have made a phone call'!. As always the smart executive sends me mail suggesting alternate days for vacation (MON-THUS) all working days. Every holiday booking experience with Club Mahindra is story in itself. So much sourness is filled up the holiday mood gets vanished, the holidays that we earn hard and for which we have already paid. Further I rechecked the accommodation availability chart the rooms 1 BR, Studio were available even on 06.09.15.(for 18.12.2015 Mahabaleshwar) I once again wrote the executive, that I should be given accommodation in the mean time I put my request 'in waiting' in the standard booking format. Once again I got the call from another male executive saying I cannot get 2 BR (agreed but what about 1 BR or Studio!), and there must be some error in the accommodation chart that might not have been upgraded. He felt smarter than the previous executive, now in response to my back up request of 'waiting option' he says he is going to consider me in case of any reservation cancellations. I feel railway 'tatkal reservations' are way transparent than this forgery of Club Mahindra. It has created members more than it can handle, I too feel cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||
