Club Mahindra Holidays — Difficulties in Transfer of Ownership | |
This is with reference to member ID 2446724, I Swati Ghosh and my (late) husband Rajesh Ghosh both are the members of Club Mahindra. Sadly, my husband passed away 2 months ago. I called the customer care to transfer the membership in my sole name but the response I got was impractical. I am a working woman residing in Vadodara, for transfer of membership I was asked to come to Ahmedabad just to sign a few documents which due to my work commitments is practically impossible and risky in COVID times for me. I request a representative to come into contact with me in my city because a consumer should not be expected to travel such a long distance and it's the company's responsibility.
