Club Mahindra Holidays — Double deduction of Holidays

While Joining Club Mahindra we received joining offer as one domestic holiday through club Mahindra and international holiday through RCI. Two days back I booked free holiday offered by Club Mahindra, and modified it next day because of some error the holiday gets updated successfully but it deducted 4.8 days from my paid holiday account. at the same time free holidays also got deducted. hence now club mahindra have deducted 5 days from free holidays and 4.8 days from paid holidays and offered one bed room for five days only.
