Recently i applied for club mahindra membership on 13th march with 10% advance booking (Rs. 33, 840) & balance to pay by 3 post-dated cheques & emi/ach mandate (Total 48 emi @ 11, 309).
However, due to covid 19 pandemic, i have applied for membership cancellation request via mail on 16.03.02, which was accepted by club mahindra & got a confirmation email on 20th mar 2020 (Copy attached) where they confirmed my membership cancellation and refund my due within 90 working days.
But in spite of membership cancellation confirmation, club mahindra has deducted the first emi of rs. 11, 309 in the name of mahindra holidays resort pvt. Ltd through one postdated cheque which was submitted during membership registration time. After this deduction, i felt very upset & also felt cheated. This kind of financial loss in this pandemic situation is a matter of mental harassment & anxiety. I never expected such an act from a reputed organization like club mahindra.
Now i request club mahindra to please return the other two multi-city sbi cheques bearing no 836867, 836863 and cancel my emi mandate form (Ach) & refund all my dues of rs. 45, 149 to my account immediately.
