Club Mahindra Holidays — Fake Promises by CM. Cant even book a single day holiday via this CM.

Hello I am member of club mahindra. Member Id 517313. I am trying to book mussorie resort since last 2 months but cant get any dates near mid june. Still it shows waitlist holiday and one of my friend who is not a club mahindra member has got booking in the same property. This is really not expected from Club mahindra

Whats the use of being a member if we do not get privileged over others
