[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — False assurances & commitments from sales executive paresh walhe & paresh shinde | |||||
Dear Sir, Please take this as my official complaint for hopeless service after sales. Paresh Walhe and his junior Mr.Paresh Shinde have given us all false promises of our holiday bookings in Varca beach property at Goa from 8th to 11th june i.e 4 nights. On logging in the official site, we were shocked to see the whole amount qe were asked to pay, on 29th may that we had paid shown as outstanding with a remark "long overdue". Two days later it is showing an amount of rs. 16266/- as over due. I am unable to book any holidays as amount paid by me is shown as due. I am in trauma. My calls are not received by their sales representatives and his junior. My whats app messages are seen but not answered...Reasons best known to them. I hereby ask club mahindra to show sufficient cause why legal action against their sales representative should not be initiated. Please treat this as an official notice served upon them.
