[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — false commitments hence request cancellation of membership | |
We have booked a membership at club mahindra on 30-sep-2017 for white studio apartment. We were promised with two gift vouchers worth 4 nights 5 days. We said that "we'll use that and then confirm our membership and proceed" but with repeated follow ups and lot of efforts, we are not able to get bookings in any of the resorts that we requested for. Also we requested to postpone our emi start month from nov 2017 to jan 2018 thru' an email to [protected]@mahindra.com for which we never got any confirmation. The sales person who attended was mr. Annadurai. He has stopped responding to our calls or messages. There is absolutely no support from club mahindra side. We are not happy with your service. Therefore, we don't want to proceed with this membership with club mahindra, so, you cancel our membership and refund the initial amount that we paid, which is inr 35220/-. Send the refund by a cheque favoring us. We don't want to waste our time any further with club mahindra. Our membership no: 2782130 Was this information helpful? | |
