[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — False Commitments & trying to cancel the membership | |||||
This is with reference to membership ID 2729174 which I have signed on 5 Nov 16. During negotiation, some of the commitments made to me by Holiday Consultant- Sales Mr Mohit Kumar are still not fulfilled 1. 20 Free Nights 2. Food Voucher worth Rs15, 000/- 3. BMS Passes- 4 Nos I have first escalated this issue to their call center, but executive has advised me to send a mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com. First mail was sent to them on 30 Nov 16 with all the supporting documents. After a week time, one executive Mr Pawan from Delhi office has contacted me & he has promised me to look into my issues. The problem is still unresolved & neither getting any response from Club Mahindra through mail or phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
