[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — false promises and worst customer service (want to cancel and need refund)

From prior to enrolling for club mahindra membership, i faced issues with false promises and worst customer experience.

Club mahindra member id: 2848344

At the time of the first meeting with club mahindra executive, whatever we ask, he replied in yes.

Me: can i gift a holiday to my friend?
Cm executive: yes, they just have to pay around 400-500 inr as an extra charges.
Reality: they have to pay[protected] + gst) per day

Me (10 december 2018): come and explain the plan to my parents
Cm executive (Manish sinha): will come next week.
Me (After 20 days): when will you come to surat?
Cm executive (Manish sinha): i am at rajkot. I will come and meet you.
Reality: today it is after a year (17 december 2019), he's never come to meet me and explain about club mahindra to my parents.
Now, i get the idea after reading so many complaints on this website that they just delay first 10 days so that you are bound to their norm of no refund after 10 days. (I have screenshots of this conversation)

They ask for referrals but do not provide enough points they promise at the time of collecting references.

After my friend enrolled for club mahindra membership.
Cm executive (Priti): sir, your friend is now member of club mahindra and you will get 10000 points, which is worth 10000 rs.
After few days of follow up with priti, she finally told me that you will get it after 2 months (Which was not mentioned ever).
After 2 months i got 5000 points and priti (Cm executive) also denied that she told me about 10000 points.
(I have email and chat conversation proofs regarding this)

Worst experience ever

For my monthly emi due for october 2019, aftab from club mahidra, asked me to deposit the cheque i have given in advance to club mahindra.
I strictly said no to him due to low funds in my account. However, he still deposited the cheque and i got the message from bank that your cheque has been returned.

I don't want club mahindra to spoil my bank credit records and go against my permission.

After this i have decided to withdraw the membership and demand full refund of the amount i have paid to club mahindra till now. I have also initiated email chain using [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but they are denying for the refund.

I want the refund of below amount as i have not used a single service of club mahindra. Rather i have given them a new member as a referral. I want my hard earned money.

Down payment = 44, 000.00
Emis (Feb to nov 2019 except oct[protected].00 * 9 = 1, 01, 781.00
*total = 1, 45, 781.00*
