[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — For the cancellation of membership no. 2727808 & refund of the paid amount | |
Dear sir / madam, As discussed with your executive i want to cancel my mambership no. 2727808 in the name of mrs. Anita. Because from the begining your company executive made false commitment & didn't disclosed the charges other than emi (Asf etc.) I came to know about the charges after 2 or 3 months when i got my mambership kit, Till that i had paid rs. 38614.00 to the company for the mambership. After i came to know about the charges i call many time to your executive and asked about the charges, he told me that you continue with emi, and he commited that he will get the other charges waived off for me. I asked him ot give it to me in written that he will waive off the charges. But every time he made a new excuse and did not fulfill the commitment. Then i told him that i am not going to pay the emis. Untill then he waive off the charges & give it to me in written. So after long long wait i decided to cancel the mambership & get rid off the cheating.
