Club Mahindra Holidays — Fraud by club Mahindra employee Mr Hitesh

I had bought the Club Mahindra (CM) membership ID 2921219 through Mr Hitesh CM representative in 2020. Initially I paid 50% advance and 50% in EMI. Later after few months, he called that if I pay all EMI in advance as lump sum payment, you can give me 10-20 % discount. I paid and he had given me discount also. Till now every thing was fine.
He called after few months again, and said that if I pay 50, 000 in advance to CM, then he can get my four year ASF waived off. He was a Club Mahindra Employee was also handling my account, and was doing my bookings and he even used to carry the swipe machine of Club Mahindra for debit or credit card payment. I paid him 50, 000 and after few months when my ASF was due, he stopped taking my calls and texted me that he left club Mahindra. Further as he was handling my account. From Club Mahindra site, he even booked five complimentary nights for someone from my account so he cheated me 50, 000 as ASF And used my five complimentary nights.
Request for this complaint to club Mahindra and seek redressal from them.
