I have opted for 3 years club mahindra membership. Sales representive told me that booking will be hassle free and resorts would be available except in Goa during new year only. He also promised to give extra nights to make total of 35nights but after the membership he told that membership will be active after half of the month. Even after that there were no availability of rooms shown, even for next 2-3 months. On the top of it relationship manager didn’t give enough nights that can initiate the booking. After chasing him n number of times he still didn’t resolve the problem. Customer care takes more that one week to understand the problem and giving their scripted replies.
Honestly if One has to waste their money then they can opt for their membership trap.
I have screenshot of their relationship manager not giving any help/resolution to any such problem. Literally Shame on you guys.
