I took go zest membership for 3 years for 175000 out of which i paid 87500 as down payment and rest in EMIs.
the executives are totally fraud persons working in the company and seems like only working for sales targets.
i took the membership in December 2021 for my holidays in February 2022
they promised RCI week in dubai and after all the confirmations i paid for the membership.
but they never booked my hotel for the trip i planned.
my flights etc were already booked and i kept calling the club mahindra executives every day for the hotel bookings, which they never did...every time they keep on giving excuses or giving you false hopes that the booking will be done on time.
at last i had to book hotel on my own and the membership proved to be a failure.
now i asked the executives about cancellation and refund, again this guy named Krishan sharma from Jaipur office.
he keep telling me lies that he is is official conversation from corporate office about my refund and he told me that i will get full refund soon.
but it never happened and he wasted a lot of time by giv.ing me new dates every time when i asked for refund.
I emailed member experience team several times but useless people are put on the job for just misleading the customers.
I am under process of legal action against the company and the executives involved named as below
