[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Fraud misguided and hide term and conditions | |
I myself namrata chaudhary.i have purchased club Mahindra white session membership on 2 feb and paid amount of 43800 through online.i was interested because of Mahindra group. As per as discussed with sales team I have mention that I am pregnant and due to COVID vacation isn't so good option but sales team told me that we can cancle my membership anything and got full refund if i used 7 night pakage the amound near about 19000 diducted and rest will be refunded no charge is to be taken on this.i asked for written document then he told me that club Mahindra will sent with welcome kit. Fake promises, hide all facts, term and condition, lied about cancellation term by your sales team specially mr rajendra Dixit and Vaibhav Panday. When I quary about my kit and tracked online it is already delivered but I didn't get it.i asked for courier partner then he delivered my kit 4 days later .the kit is collected by my sister and that time he took some photos. I got one welcome latter with one more paper and no documents are found inside it.i complaint courier partner and club Mahindra but no one take it seriously.when I asked sales person for all documents with cancellation rule he didn't send anything just said he will book wonderful holiday for us.He never ever answered my question regard cancellation just said we will cancle when we want . Due to this irresponsible behaviour, incomplete information, documents we decide to cancle our membership. After sent a mail on 16 mar to your team revert that pls reconsider our decision if not club Mahindra will refund our amount with in 90 days. Till today I have talked lots of person from your team and they told me different different things ans asked one question why we decided to cancle and it's enough that day when they told me that u have to discuss with my family.they didn't said as the time of membership. During online process with signature I asked to read all term and condition but they said process time is very less so make it fast .they didn't give time to read anything, no written document just 2 handwritten pages where no cancellation term are mention. I am working women and I worked hard for this job.i can't waist my single penny . So I request you to please see this issue and refund my amount Please find attached file 1-all comunication by mail where mention 90days of refund 2- all mail from 2 feb where no cancellation policy term and condition mention 3- all hend written paper used by sales person 4- copy of star health cancellation term maild as the time to policy registration 6- recipt of payment 7- all documents related courier fraud 8-cancelation term and condition mail which I got last week.
