[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — free voucher redemption

I got a call from clubmahindra holidays on 03.08.17 saying that i will get a free voucher for 2 night 3 days vacation and for that i have to come to hotel little palace, dibrugarh. When i reached there on 05.08.17 i was said that i will get the free voucher and also they explained about their membership details. We said that we cannot decide in 1 hr about becoming member and we need time. We got the free voucher which has a validity for 6 months i. E. Upto 05.02.2018. But today on 23.08.17 when i am trying to redeem the voucher it is showing there is no vacant room avaible at any resort. This is really disgusting. When i called the customer care no, it could not be contacted

We, Anil and Mrs. Shyama Kothari were called on 10th February 2018 to one of the posh hotel in Nashik. There we were nicely explained the schemes by Smt Arsheen Khan and Mr. Gaurav Rai. We requested them to show us short duration scheme instead of 25 years span, as we both were 60+. Accordingly we were offered Valantine day scheme against payment of Rs. 6100/-. We accepted it and paid Rs. 6100/- and they issued us 5 vouchers and told that we could use them within two years from date of issue. Accordingly I tried for booking in July against voucher no. IJCU544SUO, which was registered on 14 June 18 by Mr. Sundeep Pillai. and sms was sent to me. But I could not get booking. Now from last 10/15 days I am trying for booking in between 18th November to 20th December 18, but message displayed "Voucher invalid. Please contact voucher issued person. Nobody is answering.
