I have been a Club Mahindra GoZest Member since February 2021. My membership ID is 2940471. Got offered a Local Goa and Asia International RCI Complementary Trip while signing up with the assurance that both trips will go glitch-free without any hiccups. While my Goa Trip was a breeze, my booking for my international trip is turning to be a true nightmare. First, RCI does not have the desired locations available for my desired dates, although, the same locations are available when I view them on other websites. Second, I have been following up since September 28th to have my reservations done for the months of November/December 2021, yet, I am not getting any satisfactory response from either Club Mahindra or RCI. Additionally, the call backs are extremely late and frustrating. When I confronted my sales representative who sold me the package, all I got to hear is that RCI is a third party and they cannot do anything about it. Additionally, more than half of the time my calls are going unanswered while for the rest of them all I am only getting are false hopes and assurances. I remember, when I had just purchased the membership, I was being continuously bombarded with calls and messages for referrals, but, now when it came to me availing the services and for Club Mahindra to providing the actual service; all I am getting is false commitments. I am thoroughly disappointed because when it came to the purchase, I was sold dreams and a rosy picture, but, when the reality came, all I am seeing is false commitments and disappointment.
