I am not satisfied with my membership of Club Mahindra for the following reasons. .
1) I had booked resorts in 2020, however owing to the pandemic had to cancel. I was told that the 2-3 days that would be beyond the maximum 21 days in August (when my yearly 7 days get added) would be added back.
2) the next year was also a pandemic owing to which i could not travel. I was told that the full 7 days will not lapse and will be added. I did see my total pending holidays as 28 a few months ago, and now they are back to 7.
3) I have tried since the last year to book a holiday. I have just lost my father to COVID last year, and hence I have to travel with my mother and help for my children. Hence I either need a 2 BR or 2x 1BR. However I am not allowed to book the same owing to limitations of my Red-studio membership. In fact I am desperately trying to arrange for a holiday this May, and despite the fact that I have to contend with being wait listed, CLUB MAHINDRA'S POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO BOOK WHAT I WANT TO BOOK. I have enough days to spend and I don't mind spending those days, but its just extremely frustrating to check a dozen resorts, see something available and then to be told, sorry you are not eligible to book even though there are rooms available and I have inventory available!! Not even studio apartments are allowed to be booked even though available.
It’s always been a frustrating experience.
Owing to the above reasons, I would like to cancel my membership of club mahindra. Kindly let me know your cancellation policy and how much refund will I get. Was this information helpful? |
