I had taken th club Mahindra membership for 3 years on Nov 26th 2022, but due to unforeseen circumstances I am forced to cancel my membership at this point as I have lost my job and I am affected financially because of that. So Kindly cancel my membership and initiate the refund as early as possible as we are in need of the money.

Above was the mail I sent after I couriered the letter[Requesting to cancel with all the information to chennai office] with the payment receipt details and the xerox of the member application form. I sent it on December 3rd to cancel it but yet they haven't provided any update, everytime when I ask customer care they say they will get back but no response yet. Got a message on December 5th to add bank details in a link but the link didn't have any option to add the bank details.

So I again sent my bank account number to them for transferring the amount to my bank account. But still haven't received any update. I am badly in need of the money. I have sent the letter to chennai office below.
